Langham Place Guangzhou

My stay was very pleasant. The hotel's location is excellent, making it convenient for getting around and dining. The room was large, clean, and well-maintained, with good natural light and a beautiful view. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was effective, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. Both the Executive Lounge and the fourth floor have terraces, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. I must commend the exceptional service from Zoey and Billie at the Executive Lounge; they were attentive throughout my stay, responded quickly to any requests, and paid great attention to every detail.

The experience was great, the only downside was that the curtains didn't close completely, so they couldn't block out all the light. As soon as it got bright, I was woken up by the glaring light and couldn't get a good rest.

Check-in was quick and efficient, and the room service was impeccable. This is a well-established five-star hotel, and I was upgraded to a river view room this time. The view from the room's window was fantastic, offering an unobstructed panorama of the river and a beautiful blue sky with white clouds. A very satisfying stay.

The doorman downstairs was always there to open doors and help with luggage, which was a nice touch. However, on our first day, the concierge wasn't paying attention and closed the car door before my child was fully out, hitting their head and scaring them to tears.

Pretty good overall, though breakfast wasn't very varied. The executive lounge was excellent with a great selection of food and many self-service cocktails 🍸🍷, definitely worth experiencing. The facilities were also good, but the pool was a bit small and not a standard size.

This was my first time staying at the Langham Guangzhou, and compared to other Langham hotels I've stayed at before, I found this one to be even better. The service was excellent, especially from Yulia and Zoey.

The room was clean and had a nice view outside. They even gave us a box of homemade traditional Wife Cakes.

The Langham Hotel has a great design, and its location near the Pazhou exhibition center makes it perfect for business travelers. The internet is incredibly fast too! The breakfast spread is quite good, but I have to say, the rice noodle rolls (肠粉) were absolutely amazing – truly a highlight.
