Langham Place Guangzhou

The room was spotless, and the executive lounge was a pleasant surprise. There's also a cozy rooftop garden just outside the lobby on the fourth floor. Next time I'm in Guangzhou, The Langham will definitely be my first choice again. Food deliveries are brought to the room by a robot, which is a nice touch. And the portions at Ming Court restaurant are very generous.

Excellent hotel! Stayed here during the Canton Fair and even with the high volume of guests, check-in was smooth and organized. It's incredibly close to the exhibition center, so no need to wake up early to beat traffic – you can walk there in just 3 minutes. The breakfast spread was extensive, and the surroundings are very quiet. I'll definitely stay here again.

Our stay at the hotel was excellent in every aspect. The room was spotless and comfortable, the service was attentive and friendly, and the hotel's location was superb, close to all amenities with easy access, making shopping nearby very convenient.

Extremely close to the Canton Fair, with convenient transportation. From the doorman in the lobby to all the staff at the front desk on the fourth floor, everyone was professional and polite. The room was clean and tidy, with a large window, making the overall experience very comfortable. Very satisfied.

This package booked through Ctrip was particularly satisfying, thank you Ctrip and thank you Langham Hotel! 🌹 When I checked in yesterday afternoon, I requested to switch from a king-size bed room to a twin room. Since it was the Qingming Festival holiday, there were many guests, and twin rooms were already fully booked. Ady at the front desk was very thoughtful and upgraded me to a suite, which also faced south. I could perfectly see the red Xingguang Bridge and the Guangdong Science Center in the university town – absolutely delightful! The room even had two bathrooms, which was incredibly convenient for two people. The next morning, I used the swimming pool and changing rooms. I was pleasantly surprised to find that in addition to the usual sauna and steam room, there was also a hot spring bath, which was incredibly relaxing. They also thoughtfully provided a swimsuit spinner and disposable bags for wet clothes. The swimming pool itself was spacious and the water was very clean, clearly well-maintained. The bedroom had a Bluetooth speaker, which easily connected to my phone to play music. Even though the hotel opened in 2013, making it 13 years old now, and doesn't have all the flashy features of newly built hotels, the years of meticulous service really shine through, offering just the right amount of thoughtful care. From the hotel, you can walk to the Exhibition Center and take the sightseeing tram to Nanfeng Station, where the Tencent building is located. This is the best spot to watch the sunset. One more stop further is Party Pier (Pa Di), which has many options for drinks and dinner.

The hotel's location is convenient and relatively quiet, with complete facilities and a well-designed room layout. The breakfast offers a wide variety of choices, and the staff are incredibly friendly and professional. The only downside is that the coffee at breakfast isn't very good.

I went to Arima Onsen and the hotel was right next door, which was super convenient. The only downside is that there aren't many other things to do in the immediate area. I actually stayed here many years ago for a business trip, and this time I came with my family. It was just as comfortable as I remembered; the room was consistently clean and the service was excellent. All in all, fantastic value for money.

Originally, I only planned to stay one night at Langham during my Guangzhou trip, but I extended for another night because the experience was so good. The facilities are well-maintained, and the elevators are fast. The pool water temperature setting is perfect – I frequently use hotel pools, and Langham's temperature was incredibly comfortable. There's also a diving area suitable for children. The hygiene is impeccable; the bathroom, room, and bedding were all spotless. There were even fresh flowers in the bathroom, showing excellent attention to detail 💯. Service: From the moment I stepped out of the car at the entrance, someone helped me with my luggage, and when I left, the same staff member assisted me with my bags. The front desk staff were responsive, polite, and efficient. The location is excellent, directly opposite the Canton Fair. It’s also not too far to take a stroll along the riverside after dinner. We left our number for a table at the Ming Court restaurant downstairs, and the dim sum was excellent, especially the mango sago. The lobby also sells coffee and Häagen-Dazs. I know I've written a lot, but I just wanted to express how satisfied we are. We'll be visiting Guangzhou again soon, and we'll definitely choose Langham Hotel again.
