The view is nice and quiet. The foods from the restaurant "Underground" are really good. The service staffs are very friendly.

This is one of the best hotels that you can get in entire Kerala, let alone Munnar. Everything related to the hotel is EXCELLENT. Service, amenities, staff, food, location, cleanliness, room size, anything and everything is 10/10. We stayed in the standard room, which has a balcony overlooking the valley. The view is superb. Kudos to the hotel’s management, to make this an extremely memorable trip for us. Would definitely stay here, only, in case we go again to Munnar.

The rooms are fantastic, the breakfast is delicious, but the food in the cafe was disappointing—it was too peppery and inedible. It's clean, the view from the window is fantastic, and the staff is polite and pleasant. I was very pleased with the massage—the best I've had in India.

Everything was great. Even if there was restrictions on cooking gas, the food provided was excellent. I was also able to get a Uber taxy to get back to Cochin in the morning instead of using the hotel's private taxi.
