Very basic but clean/comfortable hostel. Apart from the slight miscommunication and stress in regards to the bed situation - I wanted the lower bunk bed in the girls dorm due to knee issues but my bed was taken by someone else, the staff was friendly and welcoming. I like that they give you a map and print out a list of top recommended (and affordable) food at check in which is helpful!

I was only here for one night of sleep and didn’t avail the amenities but I found the staff friendly and helpful, and the location most convenient to core attractions in the area. There is an elevator to take your luggage between floors, the beds were comfortable and small storage space is also offered. I would recommend unreservedly, certainly at this price point.

The location is good, amenities and beds are nice. The receptionists are rude, based on the treatment of receptionists I’d not recommend it but im sure the management will take appropriate actions as the manager confirmed to me.

everybody is very kind! clean room, nice roof top views, water is free. there is close to downtown, you can enjoy amman.
