SOTETSU HOTELS THE SPLAISIR SEOUL DONGDAEMUN

The hotel is conveniently located with easy access to transportation. I especially want to commend their service. My flight was canceled a day early due to a typhoon, and Ctrip helped me contact the hotel. They agreed to let me cancel and rebook. However, when I rebooked, my original room type wasn't available, meaning I'd have to switch rooms on the last day. I then contacted them again, hoping to downgrade to a room that was available for the entire stay, but instead, the hotel directly upgraded me to a consistent room! That was incredibly thoughtful. I've been to Seoul twice, and both times I've stayed at this hotel. I truly love this place!

I chose this hotel for my business trip to visit a client abroad. The location is incredibly convenient, making the commute to the client's company very short. The room was clean, tidy, quiet, and comfortable, with a spacious desk perfect for organizing business documents. The front desk service was professional and friendly, and communication was smooth. The overall environment is very proper, making it ideal for business travel. I'll definitely prioritize staying here again for my next client visit.

This hotel's location is truly excellent. There's a convenience store and Starbucks right downstairs, and a sandwich shop across the street. The subway station is also right nearby. It's super, super great, I love it! The price does fluctuate quite a bit though.

The room overall was quite spacious! Hotels in Korea are usually on the smaller side, so staying here was really comfortable.
