SOTETSU HOTELS THE SPLAISIR SEOUL DONGDAEMUN

I chose this hotel for my business trip to visit a client abroad. The location is incredibly convenient, making the commute to the client's company very short. The room was clean, tidy, quiet, and comfortable, with a spacious desk perfect for organizing business documents. The front desk service was professional and friendly, and communication was smooth. The overall environment is very proper, making it ideal for business travel. I'll definitely prioritize staying here again for my next client visit.

The room overall was quite spacious! Hotels in Korea are usually on the smaller side, so staying here was really comfortable.

Stayed here once in 2018, and this time around, the triple room for our group of three was just as great. Our cherry blossom trip to Seoul was fantastic!

The disposable amenities were all there except for a toothbrush, which was pretty good. They even provided lotion, toner, and makeup remover, and the makeup remover was especially effective. However, for Chinese people, the breakfast selection was really poor. I stayed for 8 days and had instant noodles for breakfast for 6 of them, no exaggeration. On the day of check-out, I told the front desk that I couldn't make it to breakfast because it was too early (I had breakfast vouchers). In China, they would definitely offer you instant noodles or something to take away. Here, they didn't, which isn't necessarily wrong, but it could be improved. After all, I added breakfast when booking, and each meal costs dozens of RMB. If the breakfast vouchers can't be used, offering something else to the customer would make them feel better.
