We came here for a honeymoon after being in the Constance Lemuria in Praslin and we were a bit disappointed as it didn't match the same standards. If you are into activities and you are travelling with kids probably it s a good choice. If you are a couple and you want to have an exclusive experience, go to the Constance in Praslin!

Our stay at Constance Ephelia in the Seychelles was absolutely unforgettable. The resort is stunning, with breathtaking scenery, beautiful beaches, and lush tropical surroundings. What truly made our experience exceptional was the amazing customer service—every member of the staff was warm, attentive, and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. We can't wait to come back!

The hotel facilities were pretty standard, nothing special for an island five-star, but the service was excellent. They knew our luggage had been left in Mauritius by the airline and wouldn't arrive until the fourth day, so they gave us hotel T-shirts and sarongs, along with discount vouchers for the hotel shop. It's quite common for luggage to be delayed in Seychelles, so I'd recommend bringing some spare clothes in your carry-on just in case. I saw the hotel doctor for a cold and allergies; they were very thorough with the examination and prescribed medication, all completely free. Thumbs up for that!

The hotel itself is a bit dated, but the beach (north bay) is absolutely stunning. There are dense trees along the shore, so you can lie there all day without worrying about getting sunburnt. Breakfasts are a solid 4 for a hotel of this caliber. For dinner at the restaurants, reservations are a must. It's best to book a day in advance or by noon on the same day, otherwise you might not get a spot. No reservation is needed for the buffet restaurant at dinner; there's plenty of space for everyone. The hotel boasts a very large and well-maintained property, with two bays (though only one beach for swimming), a mangrove forest, hiking trails, a secret beach, various outdoor loungers and daybeds scattered throughout the hotel for relaxation, turtles, a chicken roaming near Seselwa, and a variety of water activities.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The natural surroundings are magnificent, with several private hiking trails and secluded beaches. The spa is excellent. This is a peaceful hotel, perfect for a family vacation or a quiet getaway. The grounds are meticulously maintained, the beach is treated for mosquitoes, and the ocean is pristine. It's worth noting that the hotel isn't close to the port, so if you plan excursions to other islands, you'll need to wake up early, around 6 AM. One minor point is that the hotel has been around since 2009, and the rooms are quite outdated. However, they are generally clean, and with such incredible nature and birdsong all around, the decor really takes a backseat. There's only one beach suitable for swimming, located on the north side of the peninsula. If walking to the beach is important to you rather than using the constantly available buggies, then it's best to book accommodation there. There are 5 diverse restaurants on site. I did feel there was a slight lack of fresh fruits and vegetables at the hotel, I would have liked more variety. But overall, the restaurants are of a good standard, and I particularly enjoyed the Asian and Italian ones. The hotel's own app provides a convenient system for booking everything. The staff are incredibly friendly and go out of their way to make your stay wonderful! This was my first time in Seychelles and I loved it.

A first-class service experience. Every guest is treated as if they were royalty. All needs are taken care of and pampered in every way. The chefs know how to help with all types of food, including kosher food. It seems that the staff working there was carefully selected to provide a vacation experience for customers. Water activities, including pedal boats, are included at no extra charge. 2 large, clean beaches. Extremely comfortable beds and spacious rooms. Cleaning services of the highest level, including a maid visit twice a day! Highly recommended, hard to leave...

Everything was good, except that they wouldn't give us complimentary water on the last day.

A nice hotel but probably not worth the money. Overall the stay was great, however we experienced some minor drawbacks due to the hotel’s big structure. The checkin was very slow, the hotel was full, so when we tried to book bicycles and some activities, they told us everything was booked and sold out. Also there is just one restaurant close to the hotel and almost no beaches nearby besides the hotel’s, so if you do not like to be confined to the hotel’s amenities there is a pretty long way to other beaches and restaurants around. On the plus side, we loved the hike trail at the hotel, it was very picturesque. The nature is beautiful and if you are able to secure the bicycle, you will enjoy the rides very much.
