The Henry, Autograph Collection

The water that came out of the faucet in the bathroom was brown and rusty. My wife and mother-in-law couldn’t even brush their teeth. I have a picture of the water. I spent $400 to have my wife have rusty water in the sink and in the shower. Come on!!!!

The Henry Hotel is like an Oasis in Dearborn MI. It’s beautifully decorated, well appointed, clean, and has wonderful staff. It even smells good. And the food at the restaurant was delicious! If you need a place to stay while you’re in Dearborn, this is the place. A++++++

We had a great time at The Henry. The staff was friendly (Helen, Carrie, Gladys and others) the property was clean and well maintained and the food was tasty.

Largely excellent. All staff wonderful, friendly, massively helpful! Small quibbles--toilet paper holder almost useless and no way a small child could use it. Grab bar at toilet is, I think, not correct positioned/angled so not helpful. Should be a lamp available each side of bed.

Great hotel. Sent an email request to the front desk and got the room preference we requested for. Traveled with kids who enjoyed the hotel as well. Short drive to amazing restaurants serving middle easter cuisine.

Location and parking were convenient. Room was spacious but had some issues. Stayed for 4 nights: mattress was bad so we dreaded going to bed by the 3rd night; TV volume stopped working (but got fixed); room was freezing on night two but after a maintenance request the unit was serviced but then the room was a sweat box on the last night, as the t-stat did nothing to help.
