My recent stay at The St. Regis Aspen Resort was truly a good one – actually, it was outstanding! This iconic property lives up to the St. Regis reputation for refined elegance and impeccable service, making it the perfect base for an Aspen getaway. Location (10/10): Perfectly situated at the base of Aspen Mountain, the resort is just steps from world-class skiing, high-end shopping, and vibrant dining scenes. You can ski-in/ski-out in winter, and in summer, it's ideal for hiking or simply enjoying the stunning Rocky Mountain views. The convenience can't be beat.

The hardware and software are perfect, but the service is terrible. As a platinum member, I communicated with them via email more than a month in advance about the anniversary, but there was no welcome gift whatsoever, not even a fruit platter or a welcome letter. The housekeeper even lost our braces, and the points I was supposed to receive as compensation haven't arrived yet.

The property is a very beautiful hotel and a fabulous location but the service was not good from check in to check out and the food was mediocre at best …for the price - you can do way better. It’s a 5 star hotel with 2 star service and food.

Wonderful 56th anniversary experience We were met by an exceptionally friendly staff, particularly, Charlotte, at the front desk. It was our 56th wedding anniversary and once she found out about it, she did everything in her power to make us feel important and welcome. As did everyone else on your fine staff from the valets, the man who brought our luggage to our room, the concierge, and everyone at the front desks. We thank Charlotte for arranging the anniversary gift of fine wine with chocolates that was delivered to our room. Something that my wife and I didn't expect.

Girls Weekend getaway The location is perfect. The room was very small for $1100/night. The GFCI in the bathroom did not work and there was a large tear in the velvet couch, which seemed a bit strange. The bathroom plumbing was a bit dated as well and difficult to control on temp.
