An excellent stay that exceeded expectations. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, which immediately elevated the experience with a more spacious, well-appointed layout and refined interior details.
The hotel was also exceptionally baby-friendly—a clean, sturdy, and thoughtfully prepared baby crib was provided, making the stay comfortable and stress-free for families.
The highlight was the majestic Garden by the Bay view, visible from the room and balcony, offering a serene, lush panorama that felt both calming and iconic, especially with natural daylight filling the space. Overall, a seamless blend of comfort, thoughtful hospitality, and an outstanding view—highly recommended.

After telling cleaners 3 separate times (yes they woke us up 3 times) that we didn't need cleaning, they continued to knock on our door and ring our doorbell repeatedly to ask if we needed cleaning. Brother, I said no we don't need it the first time.

A truly first-class hotel where care, consideration and thoughtfulness are meticulously attended to. The television system malfunctioned and failed to operate properly, but was promptly repaired by the technical staff.

I had a wonderful stay at the Sands Hotel! The room was extremely clean and well maintained, making the experience very comfortable.

It was decent. The location is excellent, making shopping very convenient, and it's close to everything. The rooms are grand and luxurious, truly befitting one of Singapore's better hotels. The dining and views were also quite good.
