The hotel breakfast was decent, and the bedding was comfortable, so I slept quite well. It shares a beach with the JW Marriott. It rained during my stay, so I mostly stayed in the room. The room type I was in had a slight odor, which improved when the air conditioning was set colder. Because of the smell, I switched rooms. The front desk staff and housekeeping were both very good, but the overall coordination felt a bit disjointed, so changing rooms took some time. However, everyone was exceptionally polite, so it wasn't a major issue. Overall, it was quite good. Unfortunately, due to the rain, I missed out on the free performance and the free shuttle to town, which was a bit of a shame.

The accommodation was clean and the staff were generally friendly. The breakfast was a bit disappointing, but otherwise, the room condition was good and I was generally satisfied. It was just a shame that there was no shuttle service.

This hotel is close to the beach and has many swimming pools, with varying depths. The deepest is only 170cm, which is great for playing. The breakfast is also quite good. The gym is too far from the accommodation, making it inconvenient to use. Next time, I'll consider using the free shuttle bus. It's a pretty good place, and I'd stay here again on my next visit.

The hotel is a bit far out, but their taxi service is super convenient and much cheaper than Grab. The hotel is quite large, and there aren't many elevators, so you have a bit of a walk to get back to your room. As for the food around here, it's not particularly amazing either, to be honest. 😂 It's perfect for a few lazy days just chilling at the hotel. Overall, the hotel offers pretty good value for money.

I absolutely loved the two-bedroom suite at this hotel. It was very comfortable for our family of four, and the large balcony overlooked the pool. The hotel has multiple pools of varying depths, catering to different groups of people, which is incredibly thoughtful. The children's pool even has playground equipment, perfect for kids. The hotel's beach connects to the JW Marriott's beach. The white sand is incredibly fine, and the sea is very clean and clear. They also offer complimentary sampans for hotel guests. The hotel breakfast is extensive, running from 7 AM to 10:30 AM, which is a lovely touch. The beachfront restaurant has a wonderful ambiance, and I particularly enjoyed the background music. Right outside the hotel is the free bus terminal for Sunset Town, making transportation very convenient. The hotel also provided complimentary tickets to the Kiss of the Sea show, which was planned by a professional French company and was absolutely spectacular. We moved from the north to the south, and choosing this hotel was a very wise decision! 👍

This hotel is a bit old. The room I stayed in this time was spacious, but it's really not a hotel, more like a guesthouse. There's nowhere to put luggage, so it has to be placed directly on the floor. There's a drying rack on the balcony, but it's only suitable for children's clothes. There were ants on the table in the living room; they'd appear as soon as any sweet drinks or food were placed there, which was really annoying. The bed was very soft and not particularly comfortable. The breakfast offered many choices, enough to fill you up but not refined. Only one slide at the pool was open, which was fine for younger children. The pool didn't have warm water for showering, and the shower area and water pressure were limited. There weren't many places to get towels. Coming from the beach, it was hard to rinse off properly before going to the pool. The beach was beautiful, and we saw starfish. Not good value for money!

Both the northern and central beaches of Phu Quoc are quite windy with big waves, but Khem beach here is calm and peaceful. The family room offered a great view, and the facilities were comprehensive; the kids could easily spend an entire day playing at the hotel. A few drawbacks: the room photos showed a bathtub, but there wasn't one in reality. The hot water pressure was very low, and if both bathrooms were used simultaneously, one would lose hot water. Also, the shower gel was ineffective; it couldn't remove the essential oils after an aromatherapy massage.
