Small but cozy, breakfast is on ala-carte menu, parking is on first come first served basis. Hot tube Lakeview slightly affected due to renovation.

The staff were very welcoming, and the location was good too. I tried the hotel's spa, which wasn't actually a hot spring, just a hot bath, but the hotel did specify it was a soak. Overall, it was still very good.

This was genuinely the most satisfying hotel stay of my New Zealand trip. I had emailed them in advance to book and let them know it was my girlfriend's birthday. The customer service team was incredibly patient, corresponding with me via email from the start and even arranging a complimentary soak. On the day, our room not only had a lake view but also a birthday card! The private soak was decent, though there was some ongoing construction outside. The hotel itself is very new, and as soon as you walk in, there's a pleasant, neutral scent. The whole atmosphere felt very comfortable, and it's super close to town! The restaurant is absolutely beautiful and perfect for photos! Loved it!

Stayed here for 3 nights. Room is clean and we got beautiful view of the lake while having breakfast even though the view was slightly obstructed due to ongoing construction. Location is slightly inconvenient if you do not have a rental car because it is difficult to walk uphill back from town.

Stayed at Kamana Lakehouse during our recent visit to Queenstown for honeymoon. We were greeted with a greeting card & a chocolate bar upon entering the room. Room is clean and comfortable. The view is stunning!
