5 stars. Tremendous customer service. Everyone went above and beyond; the staff was personable, professional and truly made our vacation to Rome magnificent.

The rooms were modern and neat and the staff were very friendly. The hotel is located in a great location and a short stroll will get you to many restaurants and bars. The rooftop bar and restaurant is also worth a visit for someone looking for something a little more relaxed. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location in a very fun neighborhood with a lot of cafés, restaurants, and small shops. It is very easy to walk to major sights from here or by tram that is easily accessible in 5min walk from the hotel. The rooms are nice and clean and good enough for a city hotel stay. There is a nice rooftop bar where you can enjoy a discount as a hotel guest on food and drinks. The breakfast buffet was a bit messy due to service, but it offered everything I needed. I would definitely choose this hotel again for a city escape to Rome.

Very average experience. Had power cut off two days in a row with loud wall banging noise and emergency light on(see the photo) since early morning. Room cleaning is NOT thorough at all - no re-fill coffee captures, no re-fill tissue box, no re-fill water (every day). Bit disappointed and don’t think we will be back to this hotel.

Hotel is clean and we like the location and also the neighborhood. Service is not exceptional - some staff members are friendly and some made me feel not welcomed. I will likely try a different hotel when we come back to Rome next time.

Beautiful hotel which very well located . Staff were extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The room was immaculate and we were lucky enough to receive an upgraded room. Would definitely stay here again
