VIE Hotel Bangkok, MGallery Hotel Collection

The hotel is in a fairly good location, not too far from Paragon—about a kilometer away. I really liked the overall room arrangement and the hotel's amenities. However, the faucet at the bathtub in my room was broken, and as soon as you turned it on, water sprayed everywhere.

I booked this hotel due to a sudden change in my schedule. It's about a 4-minute walk down the stairs from the nearest BTS station, Ratchathewi, or a little longer if you take the elevator. Walking in the heat was the only downside. Other than that, it was a fantastic hotel. The entrance was beautiful, adorned with many flowers. The room was spacious with large windows, a comfortable bathtub, a TV with Firestick, Nespresso, and delicious herbal teas. It was simply too comfortable. The hotel's gym and pool are part of a full-fledged members-only gym that locals also use, so there were plenty of machines and staff. It was quite lively. Breakfast was buffet-style, with live cooking stations for dishes and pancakes. Tea was served in pots with loose-leaf tea bags made of muslin. The variety was excellent, including dim sum, Thai dishes, vegan options, and Western cuisine, and everything was delicious. The staff were polite, kind, warm, and wonderful. After check-out, they even helped carry my suitcase to the station and saw me through the turnstile. Since there are fewer rooms than large chain hotels, it didn't feel crowded, and I had a very relaxed stay. Why did I only stay one night? I truly regretted it. I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Bangkok!

The hotel's location is excellent. It's just a minute or two walk to the BTS station, and only one stop away from the main shopping area. We used the BTS for half of our journeys, which was very convenient. There's a 7-Eleven right across the street (you just need to cross a skybridge). If you turn right out of the hotel, there's a night market-like area, popular with young people, featuring bars and food. On weekends, it's packed with locals taking photos and enjoying themselves. The bars are lively until around 2 AM, and the owners there are very welcoming. The hotel service was exceptional; the staff were polite and helpful throughout our stay, always ready to assist. We would definitely choose this hotel again if we return. The only minor drawback is that the decor is a bit dated, but it didn't affect our stay at all. Highly recommended!

Extremely impressed! The location is great, close to the mall and BTS, making it very convenient to get around. The room is clean, and there's a spa available. The hotel staff are lovely and provide excellent service. I'll definitely come again.

Excellent location and top-notch service! So glad I chose this hotel for my brief trip to Bangkok.
