The service is excellence! We checked in on Christmas day, they served us drinks and gave us a Christmas keychain.
The room is spacious for 3 pax, the Smart TV is great and there is a bathtub too :)
Aircon is great, the beds are very comfortable too.

Hotel was very clean, smells nice, staff were very friendly only thing is I wish the pillow could have been firmer. Other than that it was awesome as they also provide hourly tuk tuk service to major department stores.

Pros:
-Staff are nice and help carry luagages
-Room is very big
-Breakfast taste good
-they have a lot of Christmas decorations
Cons:
-The bathroom floor is so slippery i almost fell for several times and i am surprised nobody mention this ( i will not book this hotel again as i am so scared that me or my family will fall in the bathroom)
-There is no type c charging port.
-Breakfast does not has many food choices.

Fantastic hotel! The suites are really spacious, and the service is incredibly thoughtful. It's in a quiet spot but still very central. I'll definitely book again. It's super convenient to get to CentralWorld, and you can just hop on a bus that goes right around the corner. The gym is excellent, I loved it!

Small boutique hotel with good amenities like pool, gym and spa. It sits next to the BTS gets about town quickly though still a distance from the main shopping street. However the housekeeping team ought to be more careful cos I came back to the hotel in the eveningand found my room door opened. Thankfully nothing was lost but the lack of security is something worth looking into.

Assigned the wrong room to us in the beginning, No hair dryer default in room, and the socket in bathroom is broken, so sad. Pool a bit old, But the customer service is nice and friendly.

The hotel was beautiful and perfectly located for access to the BTS trains, and thank you particularly to Ginny at the front desk who was so friendly and helpful during check in and check out.

Five star service from the moment we entered the hotel! We were given a welcome drink and there is an app that we can use which is super convenient. Spacious room with a great view as well!
