Overall, I'm very satisfied! The staff were really friendly, and the breakfast was delicious – I had so much sushi! The room was spacious and comfortable. The pool was nice too, and the gym was bright and roomy.

Facilities: Good. The pool area is nice. Cleanliness: Decent, but the hotel is a bit old. Environment: Great location, very close to the mall. I found out about the shuttle bus to the mall only after I left! Service: Excellent! Breakfast was good. Overall, I highly recommend the service.

The service is excellence! We checked in on Christmas day, they served us drinks and gave us a Christmas keychain. The room is spacious for 3 pax, the Smart TV is great and there is a bathtub too :) Aircon is great, the beds are very comfortable too.

Hotel was very clean, smells nice, staff were very friendly only thing is I wish the pillow could have been firmer. Other than that it was awesome as they also provide hourly tuk tuk service to major department stores.

Pros: -Staff are nice and help carry luagages -Room is very big -Breakfast taste good -they have a lot of Christmas decorations Cons: -The bathroom floor is so slippery i almost fell for several times and i am surprised nobody mention this ( i will not book this hotel again as i am so scared that me or my family will fall in the bathroom) -There is no type c charging port. -Breakfast does not has many food choices.

Fantastic hotel! The suites are really spacious, and the service is incredibly thoughtful. It's in a quiet spot but still very central. I'll definitely book again. It's super convenient to get to CentralWorld, and you can just hop on a bus that goes right around the corner. The gym is excellent, I loved it!

Small boutique hotel with good amenities like pool, gym and spa. It sits next to the BTS gets about town quickly though still a distance from the main shopping street. However the housekeeping team ought to be more careful cos I came back to the hotel in the eveningand found my room door opened. Thankfully nothing was lost but the lack of security is something worth looking into.

The hotel's exterior is elegant, and the room size was surprisingly large. It's close to the subway station, near the Siam shopping district, and conveniently located by the last stop of the Suvarnabhumi Airport Link. The service was enthusiastic, though some of the facilities are a bit dated.
