No matter where they worked, every staff member I met would smile and greet me when our eyes met. Whenever I needed help, they would go above and beyond to find a solution for me. They never showed any impatience even with my less-than-perfect English; they would try their best to understand me, offer assistance, and answer my questions as long as I spoke up. The rooms are very spacious, and the shuttle boat that runs every half hour is incredibly convenient. Half an hour passes by quickly, so the wait isn't long at all. Facilities: Very satisfied, though the elevators were a bit slow. I really liked the steam room by the pool. Cleanliness: Very clean. Ambiance: Very satisfied. For this price and location in Bangkok, it's a great deal, especially when the hotel next door costs over 3,000. Service: Very satisfied.

I was very pleased with the suite; it's exactly what I'd imagine a perfect studio apartment to be like. The front desk staff even managed to get me a room with a river view, which was lovely. The staff were all incredibly friendly. Customer service calls were answered instantly, and requests for items were handled very quickly. The shuttle boat service was also very convenient, and there's a huge Ferris wheel night market nearby. The only downside is that it's not a family-friendly hotel; there's no kids' club or water slides, just the one area shown in picture 4. Don't be misled by the Ctrip rankings. Other than that one point, the hotel is excellent. They even allowed me a one-hour late checkout.
