A truly perfect experience! All the staff were incredibly friendly and always had a warm smile. The room was clean and comfortable, and the surrounding environment was beautiful. I'll definitely stay here again if I get the chance.

This hotel is absolutely gorgeous ❤️. It's clean, beautiful, and the views are stunning. The pool is spotless, and the linens are fresh and comfortable. The breakfasts are good, and the restaurant generally cooks everything deliciously. I especially enjoyed the Baltic soup and the fish from the traditional menu. It was spicy 🌶️, which we love. There's also plenty of choice for everyone. Everything at the hotel was top-notch.

A place where expectations and reality aligned perfectly. It's a very quiet spot with private villas, yet only a 10-minute drive to the center of Ubud. We visited the spa and absolutely loved the massage. Most of all, I want to highlight the staff: they were so welcoming and friendly. They made our stay amazing. I'd like to point out that I work as a travel agent in Russia and know a thing or two about good service. A HUGE thank you to the staff for our wonderful stay at the hotel!

One of the best hotels in Bali (Ubud). The valley view is stunning, and the photos are magnificent, surrounded by lush greenery, palm trees, and flowers. Besides a private pool, there's also a communal one with panoramic jungle views. The restaurant view is lovely (we had breakfast on the veranda). The staff are polite, responsive, and always available (we used WhatsApp). We rented a motorbike through the hotel, and the price was fair. Breakfasts were excellent, including healthy options like smoothie bowls, smashed avocado, and yogurt. The afternoon tea was also a nice touch, with fruits, tea, coffee, water, mini sandwiches, and mini cakes. We were greeted with welcome drinks and foot baths, which was very pleasant and relaxing. The mini-bar is included in the room rate (without free refills). All toiletries are provided, including body lotion. There's also a mosquito repellent diffuser, as there are quite a few mosquitoes in the evening, though not many in the room itself. As a recommendation, I'd suggest adding an electrical outlet near the bathroom mirror (for hairdryer use). Also, using solid-colored towels for the pool would be more photogenic than the striped ones! The water temperature in the pool is quite refreshing; I would prefer it a bit warmer, but it's not a major issue. Attention should also be paid to the white towels, as some had stains, which detracts from the overall impression. Upon checkout, we received a gift: a shopper bag with coffee and bath foam. We are very satisfied with our choice!!! It was very sad to leave this wonderful place. 100% recommend! Thank you for your service, our vacation was superb!

Loved the villa! It's a 100/10. The best hotel we've ever stayed in. The breakfasts were delicious – varied, filling, and we found something new to try every day. We received a complimentary gift from the hotel, and the mini-bar was fully stocked with water daily. The staff were amazing. However, there were a couple of things that could be improved. The bathroom really needed an outlet – that was inconvenient. And the water in the pool was quite cold: perfect for a quick cool-down in the heat, but unfortunately, it wasn't enjoyable for a proper swim. Otherwise, the vacation was excellent.

Our family of four stayed for two nights. First, the room was very clean and comfortable. Most importantly, all the staff were incredibly kind, and we were particularly touched by how warmly they treated our children. Thanks to them, our whole family had a pleasant stay. During our stay, the mineral water was not refilled once, but when we contacted the front desk, they brought it up immediately. There's no phone in the room, and most communication is done via WhatsApp, so it's good to have that set up beforehand. The location is a bit inconvenient, but Grab was readily available, so we had no trouble getting around. We had booked breakfast for two, but the portions were generous enough for our 6-year-old and 3-year-old to share comfortably. Also, the food at the hotel restaurant was excellent, and we ended up having dinner there both nights. On the other hand, being surrounded by nature meant there were quite a few insects. We often saw geckos and ants, and monkeys would sometimes visit the restaurant. While it allowed us to experience nature, those who dislike bugs might need to be a little cautious. Overall, the staff's hospitality was outstanding, and I highly recommend this hotel for family trips. I would love to stay here again if I have the chance.
