Courtyard Hartford Farmington

The staff was kind and helpful. The check in staff was one person training another and also working the bar and cafe. She was pleasant and friendly the whole time. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were not! We were essentially just laying on the bed with no pillows because there was nothing to them. No support. The shower did not drain while showering. The hotel is close to a ton of amenities.

Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Parking was easy and staff was helpful. The only issue we had was that our bathroom sink had low pressure. Other than that everything was great.

Room was spacious and clean. Asked for someone to look at the tub when I thought it was not draining properly and response was immediate. The tub was actually fine as I overlooked checking the fixture before turning on the shower. The staff member was very gracious about being called when it was clearly my error. Didn’t use the business services but it looked adequate.

Nice quick check in, very clean room. The only issue was a tub that didn’t drain.

The room was neat and the staff were so nice. Whatever I needed seemed to take priority over any other tasks.

Clean room. Would have been nice to get a late checkout sunday

Room was fine but chilly upon arrival. Some hotels prepare rooms for guests. When I asked the morning concierge ( grey haired lady) for a print out of expenses for my stay she was brusque - “we don’t have that. Contact *******.” Lack of people skills?

Room was clean, and comfortable. Staff was good enough. Room wasn’t properly stocked with coffee or creamer, so if you rely on that check first. I had 4 packs of Decaf and no creamer.

Very thin walls and ceilings. Could clearly hear everyone above below and next door. Not so pleasant to hear foot traffic above very late and early, but worse to hear people in the bathroom!
