Ava at the front desk was so warm and attentive, definitely deserves a 5-star review. The hotel amenities are truly thoughtful, featuring a self-service gym and a self-service laundry room. We had a wonderfully satisfying stay!

Perhaps it's the unique charm of this mountain city, but this is already my third stay here. I’ve previously visited with my best friend, then with my boyfriend, and this time with my mom. Chongqing now holds an even more special meaning for me. Walking so many steps every day and coming back to the hotel, I’d slowly reminisce about the day, constantly thinking how wonderful Chongqing is, and how wonderful the Sheraton is! I’ll definitely stay here again next time I visit. Although I initially minded that the toilet didn't have a separate, enclosed space, after staying for three days, I found it wasn't used much anyway since we were out sightseeing most of the time. We basically just came back to sleep. No matter how far you wander, don't be afraid—just find Jiefangbei and you've found your way home. A huge shoutout to Alisa for her warm service and thoughtful care, which truly conveyed the warmth of the people of this mountain city~

Overall, it was simple and comfortable, without excessive upselling, making for a reassuring stay. Anne at check-out was also very quick to reimburse my taxi fare. Popular Instagrammable spots and trendy eateries are just a few hundred meters away; I tried one and the food was delicious. Since it's in a lively area, it's nice to just stroll around downstairs in the evening. 🍬 Service: Even though there was a bit of a wait during check-in, the overall service was great. Any issues that came up during the stay were resolved promptly. 🍬 Room Experience: Great view, and the amenities throughout the hotel felt quite new. There's a self-service laundry room, though you have to do the washing yourself. 🍬 Breakfast: A wide variety of options. However, for the noodles, they only serve plain ones and you have to mix in the seasonings yourself. Without any signs or instructions pointing out the nearby condiment station, I ended up eating a bowl of completely bland Chongqing noodles.

She even brought out some kids' amenities when she saw I had a child. Check-in was done in just a few minutes, and I had my room key. The room was dust-free and had no strange smells, and the bedding was neat and clean. After a day out, I slept really well and felt completely at ease. Next time I'm in Chongqing, I won't even bother looking elsewhere – this is the place.
