Grand Concordia Hotel

This is my second time staying here. The room was good, and I was given a free upgrade, which I really appreciated. The facilities are a bit old, but the brands used are pretty decent. On the second afternoon, I came back to my room, turned on the tap, and murky water came out, which startled me. They said they had done some plumbing repairs, and it took about 10 minutes for the water to clear up. The hotel isn't far from the airport, has a swimming pool, and there's a food court on B1 of Pengrun Building next door. The lunch at the bakery is also good value for money. Overall, it's a good place. Recommended! 👍

Ugh, what can I say? The hotel's location is actually quite central; getting anywhere takes about the same amount of time, and it's very convenient to access the subway loop line. Shopping and dining options nearby are also plentiful. The family room I booked is suitable for a family of three or four. The hotel's service definitely deserves full marks 💯. They respond to every request and always try their best to resolve issues quickly. However, there were quite a few issues, so to sum it up, it's like 'Lian Po is old' (a Chinese idiom meaning 'still capable, but past one's prime'): 1. The hallway has a very Chinese aesthetic, great for photos. 2. There were dust mites on the bed. My child's ears and legs were bitten. Also, the light in the room's entryway couldn't be turned off properly, among other things. Afterwards, the hotel changed the bedding, fixed the light, and even sent some complimentary fruit and small gifts (a children's toiletry bag). 3. The showerhead in the bathroom was positioned too low, perfect for my 1.3-meter tall daughter, but adults had to crouch. On the other hand, the water pressure was excellent.

This was my second stay at this hotel, and the overall experience was still excellent. The room was spacious and luxuriously decorated, and I even received a complimentary upgrade to a deluxe suite. The staff were courteous, and the environment was quiet and peaceful. The location is also very convenient for getting around. It's a reliable choice for accommodation, and I'll definitely prioritize staying here again for future trips.

Pengrun International Hotel. For years, I've loved the beautiful environment here. However, the breakfast recently has been simply awful, comparable to a refugee's meal. No matter when you go, they give you noodles that have been reheated, and the same goes for fried eggs. The chef seemed annoyed, refusing to make fresh fried eggs, saying there were already some cooked. Can you even eat this sausage? It's multi-colored. Before 10 AM, there's no fruit, no milk cups, no desserts. It doesn't look like a five-star hotel from its earlier days at all. What's more, even if you bring a child, the lobby staff act as if they don't see you. Pengrun International, a truly disappointing hotel.

The hotel is high-end, elegant, and classy. The lobby manager provided excellent service.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A wonderful hotel that I'd love to return to! My son and I stayed here, and our experience exceeded all expectations. For my son's birthday, the hotel staff gave us a free upgrade to a themed kids' room. My son was absolutely thrilled—it was one of the highlights of our trip to Beijing. A huge thank you to the management and staff for such attentiveness to guests! I especially want to commend the hotel staff. Everyone was incredibly polite, friendly, and always ready to help. The concierges repeatedly assisted us with calling taxis and answered all our questions, which made traveling around the city very easy. The room was exceptionally clean, quiet, and cozy. The hotel has a pleasant aroma, and the classic interior creates an atmosphere of tranquility and comfort. Breakfasts were also a pleasant surprise: a wide selection of dishes, including European items, so everyone can find something to their taste. We were very pleased with our choice. Many thanks to the entire team at Grand Concordia Hotel for the warm welcome, care, and wonderful memories of our first trip to Beijing!

The hotel's location is great, but the facilities are outdated. First, there's no trash can under the bathroom sink, which is quite inconvenient. What bothered me the most, though, was that the exhaust fans in both the toilet and shower were completely broken. It's hard to believe this is the standard for a five-star hotel. Lastly, a minor complaint about the TV—it felt like something from fifteen years ago...
