Yangshuo Riverside Resort Hotel

Perfect. First, the location is great. Second, the hotel facilities are excellent, with a kids' club and a riverside area. You don't need to do any planning at all; you can already enjoy the mountains, rivers, and bamboo rafting right at the hotel. Third, the service is superb. The butler added me on WeChat before check-in and answered all my travel questions. You can just check in without any prior planning. The only picture I'm sharing that isn't from inside the hotel is the rice paddies. You can rent electric scooters just a short distance from the hotel entrance, and riding along the river on them makes for great photos. You can still enjoy the mountains and rivers even while relaxing inside the hotel. For this family trip, we spent half a day riding scooters and half a day strolling around the hotel, having afternoon tea, and swimming.

I absolutely adore this garden-style resort! The hotel's location is excellent, right in the heart of the Yulong River/Ten-Mile Gallery scenic area, next to the main pier. After a bamboo raft ride, you can easily walk back to the hotel. They also have an outdoor restaurant where you can sit and watch the rafts drift by on the Yulong River – it truly gives you that vacation feeling! My only minor complaint is that there isn't a master light switch in the room; I had to search for all the individual light switches before bed.

The room was spacious with a scenic balcony directly facing the beautiful Yulong River. You can tell the raft guide to pick you up directly from the hotel's pier for the bamboo raft trip, making for a relaxed pace. It's perfect for those who want a laid-back vacation.

This hotel is a hidden gem, conveniently located near the Yulong River and easily accessible to attractions like the Ten-Mile Gallery. It's also very close to the pier, and I heard you can even arrange for the boatman to drop you off directly at the hotel's private pier. The hotel service is excellent, and they even offer butler service. While the hotel is a bit older and some of the facilities could use an upgrade, overall it's a great stay. One suggestion for the pool area: it would be beneficial to have an additional staff member besides the lifeguard. This way, the lifeguard can focus solely on safety rather than having to assist guests with other requests, which could lead to a lapse in their primary duty. The breakfast, however, doesn't quite live up to the hotel's standard. Since our room included breakfast, it wasn't too bad, but if we had to pay extra, the quality and value of the food would be seriously mismatched.

Choosing this hotel was the best decision we made during our trip to Yangshuo. While the facilities are a bit older, they are well-maintained, and the service is excellent! The breakfast was good, and the dinner menu was also quite decent. The Dyson hairdryer was a nice touch! The hotel offers a full range of amenities, including a swimming pool and massage services. You don't even need to rush out to see the sights; just relaxing by the river with a coffee, watching others on their bamboo rafts, is wonderfully pleasant!

Facilities: The public areas are great, with a pool and lawn. Environment: Highly recommend staying here, it's right by the Yu Long River, and you can even watch the bamboo rafts floating by. While the room facilities aren't brand new, there are still many thoughtful details, and it's definitely worth the price. The hotel slippers are really comfortable! I particularly recommend dining at the hotel. One of the uncles at the hotel was very thoughtful and reminded us which dishes were spicy. My friends and I all agreed that the food tasted excellent, and the portions were generous. Four dishes were more than enough for four people!

We stayed at the Grand Hyatt Yangshuo Riverside Resort (Yulong River, Ten-Mile Gallery store) for our family trip, booking the 'Woken by Birds' King Room with a scenic balcony and garden views. Overall, our stay was fantastic. The hotel is situated by the Yulong River, surrounded by mountains, water, and gardens. The environment truly exceeded our expectations – it's far from the hustle and bustle of West Street, offering a truly tranquil and peaceful retreat. In the mornings, you can hear birds chirping in the woods, and from the balcony, you can admire the garden and mountain scenery, with stunning views of Yangshuo's beautiful karst landscapes. It creates a wonderful ambiance, perfect for guests seeking a peaceful getaway. The hygiene was generally satisfactory. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the bathroom was dry and spotless. The daily housekeeping was excellent. Opening the window revealed lush garden views, allowing us to feel immersed in nature right from our room, truly enhancing the holiday atmosphere. The service was quite satisfactory. The staff were gentle and polite, and the check-in and check-out processes were smooth. Any issues were addressed promptly, and they offered practical advice for exploring the area. The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the Yulong River bamboo raft pier, making travel and sightseeing very convenient and saving a lot of commuting time. The hotel facilities are comprehensive and sufficient, and their maintenance is decent. The room's scenic balcony is a major highlight; it was incredibly pleasant to sit there, sip tea, and enjoy the mountain views during leisure time. The hotel grounds are extensive, with garden paths perfect for leisurely strolls, allowing for an immersive experience of Yangshuo's pastoral landscapes. Overall, this is a resort hotel that emphasizes a tranquil, pastoral atmosphere. It's highly recommended for friends who prefer a quiet natural environment. You don't have to deal with crowded city centers; just open your window to mountains and gardens, ensuring a relaxing and comfortable stay. If you're coming to Yangshuo and want to escape the noise and enjoy a slow-paced vacation, this place is a worthy choice. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Yangshuo.
