The double bed was really cramped for two people, so we didn't get a good night's sleep. The hot spring overnight stay during cherry blossom season was a nice bonus. The afternoon tea and desserts from 2-6 PM were pretty good. The late-night noodles were very mediocre, but the egg and broth were excellent! The hotel's value for money was average, though it is conveniently close to Hirosaki Park.

I tried the Japanese-style room. The location is very close to central Hirosaki, and there's a shuttle service to JR Hirosaki every morning, though you need to book it in advance. The open-air onsen was a novel experience! After soaking, there were ice cream and ramen available. The front desk offers fully self-service check-in and check-out, which was very convenient, and the service was excellent.

Good stay for 2 people. Location was good, close to restaurants and markets. But rooftop onsen was the highlight of the stay! Comes with soba for supper and apple juice in the lobby. Note that parking is chargeable but that’s common in other hotels too!

LOVE LOVE LOVE the location, choose it to attend the cherry blossom festival!! Onsen was great too, with late night noodle a plus. only down-side is price. it is pricy as i think peak season for cherry blossom

The hot spring bathhouse also has cold drinks and manga available, and there's free ramen in the evening. Plus, the hotel is close to tourist attractions.

We stayed at the Japanese Style Tatami room for our time at Hirosaki. Location was near Hirosaki Castle Park and not too far away from Hirosaki JR station. There were local bus stops located nearby the hotel - the hotel also provided a free shuttle bus service from the hotel to Hirosaki Station (one way only service, so you still got to find your own way to the hotel when you arrive), just got to inform the front desk at least 1 day in advance.  Room was clean and had a good view of Hirosaki city, free flow of Apple Juice and coffee at the lobby downstairs was a plus.

Another great Dormy-Inn. We have yet to experience a bad stay at any of the properties we have stayed. Hirosaki Dormy was a great hotel at an excellent price that exceed our expectations. Highly recommend and we will be sure to stay again
