Oakwood Suites Bangkok

This is our second time staying at this location, and it's incredibly convenient. We were a group of five staying in a two-bedroom, one-living room unit. The rooms were spacious. However, the amenities provided for five people were insufficient; we only received three bathrobes, and there was no hairdryer. When we realized this in the evening and asked for them to be delivered, the staff member seemed very impatient. A hairdryer is essential and should really be placed in the room beforehand for guests' convenience. The sink in the second room looked quite unappealing, having been painted over during a renovation. Overall, the hotel staff were polite and always smiled when we came and went, but some minor details in their service were lacking. You clearly knew there were five of us checking in, so why were the amenities insufficient? Also, one rainy day, we asked for umbrellas at the counter, and they said they only had three. It's ridiculous; how do they expect guests to go out? It's really inattentive service. This stay was just average, worse than the last time. Nevertheless, there's no denying that the hotel's location is extremely convenient.

Excellent location with spacious rooms. It has a swimming pool and gym. It's about a 5-minute walk from the BTS station, and there are many massage shops nearby. You can also walk to several shopping malls. Highly recommended!

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to a large shopping mall, offering a complete range of shopping, dining, and entertainment, making travel extremely convenient. The service staff are friendly and kind; check-in was efficient and smooth, and they were always proactive in providing enthusiastic assistance. The overall experience was comfortable and pleasant, combining convenience and quality, making it an excellent choice for accommodation!

This is my third stay here, and it's always great value for money. The location is convenient, the service is excellent, and the facilities are comprehensive. The rooms are incredibly spacious, equipped with a washing machine, refrigerator, microwave, and even a coffee machine.

The room is very spacious with an open view. You can get to Soi 24 from the BTS station directly through the mall, so you don't have to carry your luggage down stairs. The hotel is only about 100 meters from the mall exit, which is super convenient! Plus, there are many massage shops and 7-Elevens nearby, so you won't go hungry at night! Also, the security guard at the door opens it and greets you, showing excellent service attitude!

The hotel is located in the Phrom Phong area, about a 6-minute walk from the BTS station. There are three EmQuartier/Emporium shopping malls nearby, as well as currency exchange shops, making dining and massages very convenient. This is my second stay here, and I particularly appreciate that the hotel proactively arranged an extra bed for our party of three.

This is my third time staying here, and the service is still excellent. The room is very clean, and it's close to the BTS station. There's a 7-Eleven diagonally across the street, so you don't have to worry about getting hungry in the middle of the night. There's also a massage shop right at the alley entrance, which is very convenient.

The hotel is great! It's surrounded by many restaurants and large shopping malls, and it's very close to Phrom Phong BTS station, making transportation incredibly convenient. There are also plenty of massage shops nearby. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit Bangkok.
