Overall it was an pleasant stay, would recommend to friends or family who staying in Seminyak area, we stayed 3 nights, didn't really have a chance to use the pool on the rooftop and only have a chance to take the breakfast on the last day due to our tour itinerary to Ubud and Nusa island were both leaving early in the morning (the kitchen was a bit slow, probably they were running low on staff due to low season)

The room was a great price for the week. Lovely, clean, great bed and small balcony. I liked the location. Straight out onto a street with everything you need handy and only 2 minute walk to some great bars a restaurants.

Pros: Great location, super friendly staff and nice pool on the rooftop with a 360° view.
Cons: Stained mattress felt unclean. Shower needs a sliding door to prevent water splashing everywhere. A toilet brush would help.

Location of the place is really good. Unless the room where i stayed was with specific smell and AC did not work. Even though tried to fix it but ufortunaly the condition of AC system is really bad. Staff at the reception is great. Even though we pay less amount we deserve to breath in the room. Hope management will consider it.

Great hotel , the room was very nice for the value - the only thing is the LOCATION - if your going to the beach ok , but if you want to go where all the ACTION is you must go to a hotel near - SEMINYAK SQUARE -
* which is a five minutes motorcycle ride away - this is where all the restaurants and stores are to browse and walk around .
** You can always catch a taxi or a motorcycle ride there and back, it's a short 5 minutes away by cab.
** NOTE: The reason I posted this is it takes a day to find out --- that the action is not -- walking distance to quality activities, and no one really mentions it ))

Hood overall after arrive late from airport, rooms are quite small, if you are a big family and like and need space, this is not your place

Ok for price, but a little disappointed in it being a 3 star hotel. Good location and very kind and good staff. However rooms (bathroom) are a little dated and could do with a freshen up. My main note is that there were ant infestations by the pool and in my room (though I do understand this may be due to heat and tropical environment). I have not noticed this in any other hotels I have stayed in though in Bali.
