Super comfortable room with perfect scenery. Renovated from old heritage buildings , interior is perfectly new and warm. They provided full set Locotane product in bath room. Next to the church , able to listed the Chruch 🔔 evening&morning. Ferry port is just in-front , Breakfast also delicious. Satisfied for the charges.

I had a pleasant stay at Heritage Hotel Hallstatt. The location is excellent, it is situated right in front of the boat dock, which makes it especially convenient for travellers carrying large luggage. It was very easy to access upon arrival. The room cleanliness was average, and the hotel does appear somewhat aged. However, the amenities were impressive for a European hotel. They provided a L’Occitane amenities kit and slippers, which was a thoughtful touch. Although the room does not have air conditioning, a fan is provided. The restaurant staff were excellent and very friendly, making the dining experience enjoyable. The breakfast selection was decent and satisfying. Overall, it’s a good choice if you’re planning to stay in Hallstatt for a night.

The room had an excellent lake view. Spacious and very comfortable. We enjoyed much for the stays there. The hotel has 3 buildings. Though the one we stayed was a few minutes away from the main buidling, but the helper did transfer the luggages to the buidling for us. Much appreciated.

This historic hotel in Hallstatt has the check-in and breakfast area right by the pier. We stayed in a lake-view room a short walk away, and the staff delivered our luggage directly to our room. The hotel's views are absolutely impeccable.

The best view of any hotel rooms I have ever stayed. After checked in, I almost did not want to go out. The hotel provide good food, good service, and best location of all Hallstatt.

The hotel lobby is right off the boat, and the rooms offer beautiful lake views, which are very peaceful. The only minor downside was the front desk service. The breakfast was quite good too; the town is very small with limited supplies, so a good breakfast keeps you full all day. The town is mostly populated by Asian tourists.

Close to ferry and aside to lake. Very nice and outlooking is good. Lake view is very nice and food is also nice.
