早餐豐富，晚餐也不錯，女的前台服務一般，要求什麼都是不太情願的樣子，有一位男士挺紳士，樂意幫忙。我也試了桑拿，有水準很舒服！入住的12月5日剛好趕上當地節日，孩子們很開心～

The stay was pleasant for my family of 4 , 2 adults & 2 teenagers. We had booked a junior suites with sofa bed. The bathroom comes with a bathtub & standing shower.
We stayed at the apartment 5 minutes walk the main reception. They provide great concierge service to bring out luggages to the hotel.
The breakfast was super delicious with the amazing lake view.

I think this is one of the best hotels if not the best in Hallstatt. Very good location, great service, breakfast and amenities

It was amazing. There's a bathtub. Food in fridge is not for free. There's coffe maker. Only problems were ran out of hot water after several baths consecutively and the second tv cannot display the channels

Very beautiful lake and mountain view from the room balcony, spacious room, but the location is up the hill and hard to find. Otherwise, all good. Strongly recommend.

Initially I thought i will be staying at the hotel near where the ferry drop us. However, after register and check in i was led to another place around 5 to 10 minutes walk away. Anyway, the room provided was great with a good lakeview. So Im pretty satisfied.
Nice place to stay in with mini market nearby. Breakfast buffet was awesome! Nice!
