Our stay was absolutely fantastic, and I'd like to give a special shout-out to Mike and Jovy. Jovy was incredibly patient and thorough whenever I called the front desk with questions, always speaking in a warm and thoughtful tone. Mike, during check-in, gave a comprehensive and detailed rundown of all the hotel's amenities, from the 15th-floor social hour to the scenic rooms and the layout of the gym equipment. The hotel's location next to K11 is super convenient for getting around, and the Victoria Harbour views are absolutely stunning. Both employees, one quiet and the other more active, provided professional and impeccable service, making our entire stay comfortable and worry-free.

Traveling with my elders this time, I'd like to extend a special thank you to Clare at the front desk and our butler, Mike. Clare made the check-in process efficient and quick. She not only thoughtfully upgraded our room but also arranged for an early check-in, allowing my grandmother, who was tired from the journey, to rest in the room as soon as possible. Her consideration for seniors was truly appreciated. Our butler, Mike, patiently and meticulously guided us through all the hotel facilities, even explaining every item and usage instruction in the mini-fridge. He was always quick to respond to any request we had. On our way back to the room, we'd always be greeted warmly and kindly by Mike; these small details were especially heartwarming. The entire service was attentive and thoughtful, making our overall stay experience absolutely perfect.

Huge thanks to our butler Mike! He was always available to answer any questions we had before check-in, and his replies were consistently quick and patient, making communication a breeze. Front desk staff Lily also deserves a shout-out; she efficiently handled our check-in and even surprised us with a thoughtful room upgrade. The toiletries in the room were from a niche Korean brand with a wonderfully sophisticated scent – a truly elevated experience. The buffet breakfast offered a rich variety of dishes with plenty of choices, and the taste was spot on. Both the service and the facilities exceeded our expectations throughout our stay. We'll definitely choose this hotel again on our next trip to Hong Kong.

I've always loved this hotel, it's super convenient when I visit Hong Kong. This time, I met the wonderful Rachel again, which really made me feel at home. Heard this hotel was new and in a great location, so I made sure to book it a week in advance for my trip. The experience was fantastic! The service was incredibly warm and attentive, and the room had an amazing view. I honestly didn't want to leave! Definitely bringing my parents here next time :)
