The overall ambiance of the hotel was very comfortable, and the common lounge area had a great vibe, allowing me to truly relax after a long day. The soundproofing in the room was excellent, ensuring a quiet and peaceful rest. My entire trip felt less rushed and more relaxed, making it a very therapeutic stay. The 24-hour gym is always open. Daily room cleaning is thorough, and William and Tracy are quick to respond and easy to communicate with. After a day of shopping, the social hour area is a great spot to relax for a bit, making it suitable for both tourists and those on short business trips.

Excellent service! I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Hong Kong. The hotel upgraded my room and added an extra bed very quickly! The location is also fantastic, right opposite the MTR station, and the airport shuttle stop is just a short walk away. Highly recommended! The evening view is also lovely. Great value for money (CIP - Cost-Income-Profit, likely a typo for '性价比' or 'value for money', interpreted as value for money). I really love the style; it has a touch of retro charm but isn't dim at all. I absolutely adore it.
