酒店環境前台服務很好，Nifty小姐姐特別好服務器，原本要去住阿麗拉，但是被她服務感受到，直接續住，連續入住了三天，但是最後一天早上早餐，早餐餐廳我點了一個雙面雞蛋 ，結果上來了一個不知道是哪個顧客不要的燒焦全熟雞蛋，還帶鍋焦的蛋，吃完了十分鐘，旁邊服務員看見都不收拾，整個人氣炸了，一進去點了杯温水，結果等了十分鐘上來了一份濃縮咖啡，我壓根都沒有點，這個價錢讓我體驗這個服務，我是非常不爽的。我給餐廳嚴重差評

一直想打卡的居舍系列上海站 地理位置優越 出行方便 附近各種逛吃的地方都很豐富 入住體驗非常好 有幸在入住和退房的時候都有Kimber的悉心服務 能記住客人的偏好 溝通交流很順暢 利落大方又親切 房間方面視野不用多説 布草舒適度高 mini吧飲品豐富 洗澡水温度穩定 整體舒適度較高 歡迎卡手寫好評 而且字很漂亮啊 淋浴花灑有特色 就是固定高度有些矮 背對着沖熱水解乏倒是很方便 哈哈

在居舍定了五個晚上，住的非常舒服。工作人員都很親切，特別是Nifty，入住前入住後都安排的很妥帖。印象很深刻，以後來上海出差也會選擇居舍。大堂的聖誕佈置很温暖。

Just stayed for one night, and I am so appreciate the free upgrade! The Room was so modern and clean! I have to mention the shower was the best I ever had! Also the mini bar~
All the staffs are friendly, helpful and professional!
I would absolutely recommend it and I will be coming back 100%!

酒店位置特別好，樓下就是太古滙，吃喝都不用出去了。交通便利，樓下地鐵南京西路直達虹橋或浦東機場，酒店裝修有品位，泳池面積大，前台工作人員iris居然是我們之前住過的北京瑜舍的工作人員，很親切，她還給我們推薦了回程在北京停留一晚的美食，感謝。
