Hotel set near paddy field, nicely natural environment. Service is superb. Layout of the normal room is not so fuctional with the toilet n shower room at opposite ends of the room. We decided to pay to upgrade to a more plesant layout where toilet, shower room, basins are much better layed out n functional. Pool with the villa is an added pleasure.

was genuinely surprised by the hotel awaiting us. Though quite distant from Ubud’s city center, it captured classic Ubud charm with rice fields just steps from our rooms. My friends and I felt uneasy driving through narrow alleys lined with nearby ruins, questioning our choice at times. Yet venturing deeper unveiled a hidden oasis, where enthusiastic staff greeted us with special welcome drinks amid serene vibes. We were then led to our room, its balcony overlooking the verdant expanse—a true paradise found.

Great view Villa, pool I have gotten a free upgrade Breakfast buffet is AWESOME! But it is quite far into UBUD so plan hours ahead if departing to leave Thailand. I missed my flight

Amazing hotel with a luxurious look and feel. Food options were excellent and location is convenient to Ubud Centre. We (especially our 3 year old daughter) loved the Permaculture area where she could feed the farm animals and visit the garden. The warm and friendly staff also made our stay very memorable. Thank you Kappa Senses, we are counting our days to be back at your resort.

Amazing hotel/resort. Ideal location for a peaceful retreat but also close enough to go into the main Ubud Centre Staff were so friendly and accommodating which was great, made us feel so welcome for our first time in Bali. This is a must book hotel if you are in Ubud Book it you will not regret it!
