Pantai Indah Lagoi Bintan

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this villa in Bintan! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome and ensured every detail of our stay was perfect. The villa itself was stunning—beautifully maintained, spacious, clean, and offering breathtaking views that made our vacation truly unforgettable. What made our experience even more special was how the team went above and beyond to celebrate my birthday. They surprised me with thoughtful decorations and a lovely birthday arrangement that made the day extra memorable. Their kindness, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality exceeded all our expectations. The facilities were excellent, the food was delicious, and the peaceful atmosphere provided the perfect escape from the city. Every member of the staff was friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Thank you for making my birthday celebration and our stay so special. We left with wonderful memories and cannot wait to return. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable getaway in Bintan!

Generally is a good experience for a family stay. The villa is big and spacious. Both rooms are clean and tidy. We have in house BBQ session. Drawback is the toilet is open style with easy access for the flies and mosquitoes. The breakfast menu is acceptable. But for the 3 nights, we prefer to have dinner outside instead as the price is not that attractive.

The room is big and clean. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. As the stay is at the far end within the area , will be good to have more food options or bar so that travelers won’t need to go out for food etc. Generally the stay is good.

Resort was clean and nice. Staffs were friendly and responsive.

By far the best to go place for short gateway from hassle lifestyle in Singapore. Price are super valuable and with their top notch seevice. Everyone who have been asking me where to go for 3D2n, this is it. I enjoyed every of my stay there. All my request have been greatly answered

Stayed there for 4 days 3 nights for surprise birthday celebration! Gonna start off with the security at the entrance. It was good as they seem to really checked on who or which guest was entering the resort. 👍🏻 The resort was very nice, so spacious , very clean as well! The pool is really well maintain. Bed is super comfy. Have Netflix on TV. Requested for a room deco for surprise birthday , even tho the date of the deco gotten wrong, appreciate the reservation officer came personally to actually apologies. But I have to say the birthday deco is very pretty. I love it The team member and all the staff are very friendly , approachable and helpful. Prompt reply from the team In WhatsApp whenever anything was requested or asked Service was definitely 💯👍🏻 Ordered room service on the first day we arrived for dinner ( as it was late and raining outside ) - The food was actually really tasty. Breakfast was normal,not too bad, have nice beach view to enjoy. Arranged a romantic dinner for birthday , but sadly it’s raining heavily , location have to shift to inside the restaurant instead of by the beach. The setup was ok ok . Staff was so nice to sing a birthday song :) . Food was nice too , no complain Overall happy with my stay, it was a good experience, wish I could stay a little more longer !
