Cleanliness of the rooms was okay. They had a bathtub but the water was either brown or green and it seems that the hot water supply is limited as it’s hard to fill a tub of hot water again once you’ve done it once. Also, you can only turn on the hot water from one source, then other water sources will be cold, which was quite inconvenient. There’s only one restaurant there so food options are limited. The nearest food area is a plaza that’s a 5-min Grab ride for about $5 or a 30-min walk that is bug infested. Plaza had many food options so that was good. The free breakfast was not very good. Bread and cakes are stale, and the food options are repeated and limited as well. We did try the private BBQ which seems to be pretty new for them, it was slightly expensive ($40) for the amount of food and variety provided but we tried it for the vibes. Staff there were very friendly and on task, and responded very quickly to requests which was good. Overall the room was big and spacious, while being quiet so we quite enjoyed that aspect. The stay was pleasant overall but there’s some room for improvement in terms of water source and food option.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this villa in Bintan! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome and ensured every detail of our stay was perfect. Their kindness, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality exceeded all our expectations. The facilities were excellent, the food was delicious, and the peaceful atmosphere provided the perfect escape from the city. Every member of the staff was friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Thank you for making my birthday celebration and our stay so special. We left with wonderful memories and cannot wait to return. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable getaway in Bintan!

Generally is a good experience for a family stay. The villa is big and spacious. Both rooms are clean and tidy. We have in house BBQ session. Drawback is the toilet is open style with easy access for the flies and mosquitoes. The breakfast menu is acceptable. But for the 3 nights, we prefer to have dinner outside instead as the price is not that attractive.

The room is big and clean. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. As the stay is at the far end within the area , will be good to have more food options or bar so that travelers won’t need to go out for food etc. Generally the stay is good.

Resort was clean and nice. Staffs were friendly and responsive.

Everything is perfect. The service, the room, the food. We’ll come back again!
