This stay was absolutely fantastic! It's super convenient to get here – just one subway stop from Hangzhou East Station to Pengbu Station (exit C), and the hotel reception is a mere two-minute walk from there. The room was spotlessly clean, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and efficient with check-in. They were also very responsive to all my requests. Great transport links and warm service, it completely exceeded my expectations. Definitely a five-star rating, and I'll choose this hotel again next time I'm in Hangzhou!

The room was great, quite new overall. It's not super spacious, but the layout makes excellent use of the space. Dining was really convenient, and the subway station is right downstairs. Great location, with a subway station right downstairs. Hangzhou East Railway Station is only about a 10-minute walk away. There are also many shops and supermarkets nearby. The room design is quite interesting; it's a loft with two separate doors for the upper and lower levels. You can relax on the sofa and watch projected content – I just wish the clarity was a bit better. The tissues were a nice touch, with a bit of cultural flair. The front desk staff (the young man) was very enthusiastic and polite!

The room was quite spacious with plenty of room, and the soundproofing was excellent. As it's an apartment-style hotel, it uses a storage electric water heater, so hot water lasts about 15 minutes. Once it runs out, you have to wait about 7-8 minutes for it to heat up again – something to keep in mind. The room was clean and tidy, and the front desk staff, particularly the young man, provided excellent service. The location is superb, with a subway entrance right downstairs. A great experience overall.

Room was wide. Bed was hard. Towels were paper type. As they do not provide standard towel, but toilet should have slippery prevention mat.Going out from bath zone made me feel worried every time.
