The location is really great, with a good view and close to the city center. However, the breakfast needs more variety, especially for Muslim guests.

The location was a bit disappointing, in my opinion. It's about a 15-minute walk to the city center... And it was a shame that kimchi wasn't allowed in the room... Other than that, the view was really beautiful, which I loved!

Beautiful hotel with a wonderful view, very clean, and regularly maintained. When I arrived, my booked room was upgraded to a better one with an even nicer view. The staff are professional and welcoming.

The place is very clean, and the location is excellent. Our room overlooked Cafe Moana, and the breakfast was lovely and varied. I highly recommend staying here! 🤍🤍

We decided to stay at Pao's Sapa Leisure Hotel because it was highly recommended by my Vietnamese friend, and indeed it was nothing short of amazing! Upon entering, our first impression was that this hotel is very large and spacious. We were greeted warmly by the bellhop and receptionist, and they spoke excellent English. As for the room, it is well equipped and beautifully designed with a touch of local culture. Everything was comfortable and we will definitely be back again!

The staff were friendly, and it was nice that it was clean, perhaps because it was recently built. Also, the view below the mountain is fantastic.
