The Pucic Palace

The hotel was a true gem. Service was exceptional from the reception to baggage service to the restaurant for breakfast. Our room was large and very comfortable with exceptional amenities. It was also a terrific location for us to get around both the walled city and to our tours out the Ploce Gate. The breakfast was also very good. We would highly recommend this hotel.

Our stay at The Pucic Palace was truly magnificent. The room, location and atmosphere were wonderful, but what really made it special was the exceptional service. My husband accidentally left his wedding ring in the room and Niko at the front desk went above and beyond to help us: he arranged an Uber so the ring could reach us before our next flight and kept calling to make sure everything was fine. Thanks to him, our honeymoon was saved – absolutely 10/10 and we would happily stay here again.

Perfect location, Angling breakfast/ a la carte, Very friendly staff, Netflix

If you want to be in the heart of Old Town, this is the place to stay as every key attraction is steps away. The rooms are well appointed but the rooms are also very small. We enjoyed that breakfast was included. However it is also very noisy to be in the center of it all. There are loud, early morning bells, very late night revelers on the plaza, and lots of outside noises.

It’s in the walled old town and convenient to walk around in the town But AC isn’t effective at all, as we paid a lot of money to stay here, the room temp was warm and not good to sleep. It’s not possible I guess for them to have centralized or wall Mount acs

Great hotel in a terrific location within the Old Town. Staff was excellent! Arranged porter for our luggage outside the city walls as it is a pedestrian only zone.

Staff at the front desk are exceptional They made two reservations for us at two great restaurants. Housekeeping needs improvement. They didn’t come one day. We don’t know why demanded that they come they did, but I do think the housekeeping staff is mediocre. The location of the hotel is perfect Breakfast was average The room was very nice and the amenities in the bathroom were excellent I can’t see enough about the front desk staff, including the bell man who was very, very helpful when our booked driver didn’t show up he stayed with us in our luggage over and above the call of duty —not that has anything to do with the hotel but people chain-smoke in this city and it’s quite overwhelming to breathe

Terrible service , air consulting wasn’t working they did not want to change our room , and then they changed after a lot os stress . Showers were bad, poor breakfast, no help with bags to get out of the old town or arrival . I am not coming back

The location is unbeatable since you are right in the middle of the old town with great restaurants nearby and next to the harbor where you can rent boat or take a tour to nearby islands Breakfast was also excellent and the staffs were friendly
