This hotel is located off the busiest street in the city. Close to many restaurants and shopping. From the minute we walked in, you could tell this was a high end hotel. The staff was amazing, it smelled so fresh and the hotel was quaint but upscale. Songalo, the front door man, was so friendly in greeting us at the door and quickly providing the best service. The rooms are very well appointed. The bed was super comfortable and they provide many amenities. There is a rooftop bar, that we used every night of our stay. Ignacio, the bartender, was the nicest, prompt, friendly waiter we have had in a long time! We got to really talk and get to know him. I felt like we had a friend in the city! The hotel does list this as a soundproof room. However, you can hear everything going on in the street below. This is a very busy part of the city so keep that in mind if you are looking for a quiet area. There were people outside milling around even at 1am. However, this did not affect the hotel or the quality that we experienced.
