Kimpton Naluria Kuala Lumpur by IHG

I had a wonderful stay at Kimpton Naluria Kuala Lumpur and was impressed by the overall experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were professional and attentive, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay. The room was modern and exceptionally clean with comfortable bedding and thoughtful amenities. The location is excellent, right above of TRX mall and offering convenient access to many of Kuala Lumpur’s attractions, shopping areas and dining options. The facilities were well maintained and the service standards exceeded my expectations.

Such a wonderful and unforgettable stay at Kimpton Hotel. The room is clean, the services are excellent. Plus, the bathtub is big, my wife and daughter love it much!

Beautiful hotel with modern design room . Easy access to the mall is one of the best advantage to stay in the hotel. Good breakfast and delicious snack serve at 5-6pm with wine . The only downside is no shower room next to the poolside.

Apart from one lift to TRX being down for maintenance during our stay, everything else was perfect. Our four nights stay was perfect. Booked the essential room, corner premier room and another suite. While suite had a much bigger and luxurious toilet with walk in wardrobe, the corner premier room felt better in terms of view and spatial layout. It being new and recently opened in Dec 25, the room carpet is very clean and room has a refreshing scent. Staff were friendly and we tried riding the complimentary Dahon bikes. The level 1 street was not so bike friendly, but is good for riding to KLCC. Definitely not our last time staying here.

Still as comfy as how I remember it was during previous stay. Muffin at Rise and Grind was great !

Very Very Very Extremely Slow in checking in, took me 1.5hr just for checking in, they are like ZERO experience in handling booking from trip.com, i was told that their system don't have my booking details, asked me to wait for NOTHING, and I have to settle it myself with trip.com to get myself checked in. VERY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE because they say they are checking with trip.com instead they ARE NOT DOING ANYTHING just to let you wait and let you settle yourself. I am travelling with baby, and there is no baby room or nursing room provided, expect me to take care of my baby at the waiting hall for 1.5hr when my baby needs a diaper change.

Had a wonderful stay at Kimpton Naluria Kuala Lumpur. The hotel is beautifully designed, modern, and exceptionally clean. The direct access to TRX Mall was incredibly convenient. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped. The complimentary social hour was a nice touch. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers. Will definitely return!
