Holiday Inn Express SEOUL HONGDAE by IHG

The location is right next to the Airport train station exit 5 and 1min walk from hongdae crowded area. Really good location. It was really nice that e hotel allowed early check in as we did a red eye flight. Just that there were some noise during the day when we reached though

Stayed here with my family recently! Overall location is great, very centrally located and near to the AREX and many subway stations. Near exit 5 and next to AK Plaza. Staff is friendly and helpful. You can also order food delivery and have it delivered to the lobby and pick it up yourself after. The family room is simple and adequate but a little small if you’re bringing more than two big luggages! Beds are comfy and I like that they give you both a firm and soft option. But not many areas/ a proper wardrobe area for hanging your outerwear or clothes, the room is pretty much a typical business and functional hotel. Toilet design is a little odd, no proper segregation besides one swinging door, perhaps it would be better to have two separate doors. They have a handheld shower but the shower stand couldn’t be locked (think the screw is loose?). Toothbrush isn’t provided due to latest eco guidelines but they do provide simple amenities like shower cap etc. Breakfast is very simple and options are limited but you get a nice view. Would definitely book this again if I wanted a central location connected to AREX and subway stations!

Location is top notched, right next to subway station and above AZ plaza. However, breakfast is the same everyday, no change in variety.

Good location, very very convenient. This is my 2nd time to visit this hotel.
