This place was a great surprise. We have never been there before and from checking in with a wonderful young lady to the rooms and ******. It was a wonderful place to stay. Even went to the patio and listened to the young man singing. He was very going and engaged the crowd.

We were in a tornado in St Louis called to see if we could get another date they refused sad we didn't get to check out this location and they refused a refund we were so ready and happy to check out the dirty mugs band but unfortunately the tornado didn't allow us

everyone very nice , hotel nice and clean , supper at restaurant great and decent priced . but when checking out the lady at desk very rude about having booked through a third party she commented that I booked through a third party so she had nothing for me at checkout , found this odd.

We have been to a lot of ****** hotels in various states, this rates as an average basic hotel. It needs updated in a lot of ways. Still has corded phone in hotel bathroom as if the late 1990’s. I’m sure it was an awesome place over twenty years ago, but it has not changed with the times. It was clean but basic in all the ways possible. The restaurants at the ****** were good just the hotel itself needs upgrades.

My time at argosy was HORRIBLE! I didn’t appreciate how dirty the room was when I first entered, so I asked for a manager or something so that I could switch rooms or if I could get a refund. I was told that my room wasn’t refundable and that a manger wasn’t there and that there were no available rooms! Because of this complaint, I believe I was retaliated against.
There were no towels in the room so I called and asked for towels. The lady told me “come down and get them” FROM THE 4th floor, AFTER I just had a major surgery that I was recovering from. The hotel even has robots to deliver things to other rooms but didn’t do it for me, she did the same thing when I asked for tissue and when I ordered food. She then told me maybe if I quit complaining about things I could get somewhere and told me my health state wasn’t her fault or issue!
The mini fridge was also broken and the microwave didn’t exist. I talked to the manager Sarah, she gave me no help and her only response was “thanks for the feedback sir”
