NUO Resort Hotel-Universal Beijing Resort

While not the priciest hotel, Nuo Hotel is definitely one of the best in terms of service experience, in my opinion. From the front desk to the concierge and the Western restaurant, you can feel the staff's warm and thoughtful service everywhere. The rooms are spacious, bright, clean, and quiet. It's my top choice when visiting Universal.

The room was very new and the attention to detail was excellent. The service was always responsive and helpful. The room was also very spacious with two large beds that could be pushed together, making it perfect for families. The included one-hour early park entry was a great bonus. They provided 8 bottles of water daily, a capsule coffee machine, and a free mini-bar. The TV also supported screen mirroring. The surrounding greenery and facilities were very tranquil, and there's a shopping mall within 1 km. I highly recommend staying here.

The service was excellent across the board. The staff, especially Dai Shilong, were very warm and helpful during the check-in process. Thumbs up! The hotel itself was clean and hygienic, and the food at Hejia was delicious too!

My child and I absolutely loved our stay at the hotel! The room was spotlessly clean—we couldn't find a single thing to complain about. We were especially pleased that they prepared all the necessary amenities for our child, even a children's bathrobe! The toiletries were also of very high quality, which was a pleasant surprise. The hotel grounds are simply wonderful: everything is beautiful and well-maintained, and there's a river nearby which is great for walks or early morning jogs. Universal Park is only a 3-minute walk away, which is a huge plus. The hotel has a swimming pool and a sauna. A swimming cap is required for the pool—you can buy one at the spa for 49 CNY. Overall, it's an excellent option for a family vacation with a child, highly recommended! 😊

This hotel is great, very convenient for visiting Universal Studios. The room with two beds was spacious, perfect for families with kids. Vicky at the front desk was attentive and meticulous. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend it.

I checked in at 3 PM and got a room upgrade. The staff were all very helpful, the hotel was extremely quiet, and the room felt private. It's close to both CityWalk and Universal Studios, making for a truly pleasant experience! I've already recommended it to my friends and family, and I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit.

The rooms are clean, tidy, and spacious, with a nice separation between the guest rooms and public areas. They offer a good variety of teas in the room, which shows a lot of thought. I have to give a huge shout-out to the He Jia Chinese Restaurant here; the food is delicious, and the service is excellent. I had an incredibly tasty savory bird's nest dish there. For that Chinese restaurant alone, it's worth choosing NUO. Lastly, being able to enter the park an hour early was a definite plus and made the visit perfect.

The hotel boasts a beautiful environment and a charming Chinese-style decor. It's a convenient 5-minute walk from the theme park, making it ideal for families with children. The beds in the rooms are very large. We're looking forward to the early completion of Universal Studios Phase II!

First time staying at Nuo Hotel. The location is super convenient for Universal Studios. I arrived quite late on the first day, but the front desk was very quick with the check-in process. Rain's service was excellent, the wait time was super short, and we even got upgraded to a larger room. The room was very quiet, and the bedding was comfortable. It was a much better experience than I had expected.
