NUO Resort Hotel-Universal Beijing Resort

When I visited Universal Studios Beijing this time, after doing my research and comparing options, I chose NUO Hotel, and it turns out I made the right choice. Don't let the seemingly greater distance from Universal Studios Hotel deter you; it's actually just a five-minute walk across the street. The room was twice the size, the slippers were incredibly comfortable, and they provided ten small bottles of water plus one large bottle daily... I was truly impressed. I bought a package that included a two-day, one-night stay + double breakfast + 1.5-day park tickets + early park access. This was absolutely worth it. Buying the tickets separately would cost around a thousand yuan, and with early access, it would be about 1,500 yuan. Deducting the breakfast cost, the room itself was effectively only a little over a thousand yuan... and it was so comfortable that I even extended my stay for another day. The extended stay didn't come with complimentary tickets, though, and cost 2,700 yuan. If I had to point out a flaw, it would be how difficult the toiletries were to squeeze out. As someone who works in the skincare and personal care industry, I truly believe such product design shouldn't be found in a five-star hotel... What's going on? Are they trying to prevent guests from using them? The breakfast was unbeatable! I loved the smoked salmon. The restaurant offered a good variety, and the taste was excellent with high-quality fruit. Five-star rating!

An exceptional stay at NUO Resort Hotel-Universal Beijing Resort. I will definitely be back! It is peaceful, comfortable, and offers warm service with spacious rooms and convenient luggage storage. The perk of entering the theme park 1 hour early is extremely convenient; it really optimizes the trip and kicks off endless fun.

We chose NUO Resort Hotel-Universal Beijing Resort again for our kid's birthday. We contacted the hotel in advance, and they prepared a small gift and a simple room setup. The room was clean and tidy as always, featuring a complimentary minibar and plenty of bottled water. The bathroom has a wet-and-dry separation layout, and the quilt was very comfortable. The young gentleman at the front desk was super nice during check-in, helping us carry our suitcases all the way to the room. Ms. Shuya was gentle and detail-oriented, speaking in a very soft tone and always putting guests first, which made us feel so warm and welcome. We will definitely stay at NUO Resort Hotel-Universal Beijing Resort again next time!

An exceptional experience! Manager Chen was warm, enthusiastic, and professional, and kindly arranged a room upgrade and early check-in for us. The room was extremely spacious, clean, and quiet, complete with fresh flowers and orchids. The garden view outside the window was refreshing and relaxing. It's just a five-minute walk to the Universal theme park, making it super convenient to head back to the hotel for a rest whenever we got tired. The last time I stayed here was back in 2022 when it first opened. I already had a great impression of NUO back then, and years later, it feels like the hotel has maintained the exact same high standard. The room is spacious, fully equipped, and very well-maintained. The hotel staff are also exceptionally warm and enthusiastic, doing their best to accommodate any requests we had. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.

The room was spacious and even came with a bathtub, which was so relaxing after a day at Universal Studios. There was also a good selection of chilled drinks in the fridge. The rooms in the North Wing are very close to the theme park (you can request a room closer to the park entrance during check-in, and they usually try to accommodate). The service at NUO Resort Hotel-Universal Beijing Resort is truly exceptional; from check-in to grabbing a taxi upon departure, staff members were always on hand to help with luggage and guide the way. Chunyu at the front desk was especially warm and attentive. I will definitely stay at NUO Resort Hotel-Universal Beijing Resort again the next time I visit Universal! (*^^^*)

Fantastic stay! Thank you to Jiahao for the room upgrade. The first floor is just a few minutes' walk away, and it's not far from Universal. We could easily come back for a quick nap when tired from the parks. The room was very clean, and the staff even helped open the doors whenever I went out for a smoke—such thoughtful service. The doormen also helped with our luggage upon arrival and departure. I've stayed at the Universal Studios Grand Hotel before, and honestly, the difference is night and day. Considering the prices are quite similar, staying at Universal Studios Grand Hotel is pretty much like staying at Hanting 🤣. I've stayed at NUO Hotel Wangjing several times before, so when planning a trip to Universal Studios with my kids this time, even though there's a closer hotel with early park admission privileges as well, I chose NUO without hesitation. It features the signature, upscale Chinese aesthetic. Stepping through the doors immediately brings a sense of comfort and relaxation. Special thanks to front desk agent Liu Hongyu for upgrading us to an Executive room and thoughtfully arranging a closer room in the North Wing. The room was huge, and the kids loved it. Every staff member we encountered was warm and friendly. Gao Wantong provided excellent service while handling our luggage and even gave the kids some stickers. Overall, the hotel's service, ambiance, and facilities are all top-notch. The kids didn't even want to leave when it was time to check out 😂 All in all, NUO is definitely worth it, and it will be my go-to choice for all future visits.

The front desk kindly gave us a complimentary room upgrade. The environment was lovely and very clean, and the early park admission perk is simply the absolute best! Our handsome butler, Pu Yuehu, provided exceptional service! He helped with our luggage, showed us a shortcut, and even gave us a Minion-themed commemorative card! NUO Resort Hotel-Universal Beijing Resort is amazing! The butler service is top-notch!
