Comfort Hotel Kitami

Hotel in the city centre, small parking lot, modest breakfast, Wi-Fi worked, room small but sufficient

We booked 2 double rooms for 3 persons. Bed is tight for 2 persons. The complimentary breakfast has a good spread. Hotel location is near many restaurants within walking distance.

Stayed for 6 nights. Great with free parking, on a first come first serve, and it gets fill up quickly. Breakfast was great with changes daily. 2 bicycles for free rental. Recommended.

Quiet surrounding. Need to drive nearby to find food. There’s drug stores, Uniqlo, Daiso & restaurants within 10mins drive. Hotel’s buffet breakfast was simple but tasted good and they served some speciality dishes. Coffee machine was available all day which was nice since weather was cold. Room was clean and there’s a wardrobe. Just that the pillow was too flat for me and I had to place my jacket below for better support. Not sure if front desk will give extra pillow. Found a cafe operated by an elderly couple behind the hotel. We ordered toast which was yummy. The menu had rice dishes too.

Room was of reasonable size for couple. However, the Pillow was too thin to support the head for a Good Night Sleep. Had to stack some jacket to pop up the height. During early spring, the Air-Con units in the room have only Warm Air and Circulating Air Option. No Cool Air.

It’s a great small town where cheap for yakiniku, and not long queue to those popular places like torri (sushi restaurant), phamarcy, nearby drinking place with great atmosphere.

Free breakie which was awesome and allow you to choose timing so you know what time to choose to avoid crowd! I love it

The breakfast is simple but delicious. The hotel receptionist is very friendly and polite. The hotel has many parking areas located next to the hotel.
