They offer complimentary coffee, sake, other beverages, ice cream, and noodles in the evening, which is a very thoughtful touch. The accommodation environment and space are quite good too.

It was really clean, which I appreciated. The free half-ramen service until 10:30 PM, along with the drink and alcoholic beverage service, was a nice touch and we really enjoyed it. It was great that all six of us could stay in one room, and the morning buffet tasted good too. The yogurt and milk, in particular, were excellent! This has become a place I'd love to visit again!

This ryokan (Japanese inn) offers free parking and includes a two-meal plan (dinner and breakfast). The food selection is extensive and delicious, with a buffet-style breakfast. The rooms are clean and spacious. There are both indoor and outdoor hot spring baths available.

This hotel is perfect for a road trip around Tohoku. Its location is superb, a short drive from Gembikei and Hiraizumi Chuson-ji Temple, and also conveniently located near Matsushima Zuigan-ji Temple. The natural open-air hot spring offers views of the mountains and forests, making soaking in the bath incredibly therapeutic and soothing for long drives. The meals, including breakfast and dinner, are of high quality, featuring plenty of local Iwate ingredients. A small bowl of ramen is provided free after the evening hot spring bath. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the free parking is extremely convenient for travelers with cars. The only minor drawback is that the building is relatively old, the overall decor is somewhat retro, and there are no private hot spring baths in the rooms. It's an excellent choice for a stopover on the overall itinerary, and I would definitely choose to stay here again when traveling through the Tohoku Four Temples Corridor.

I personally recommend the additional dinner package at Kame no I Hotel. Dinner features a Wagyu beef slab grill set meal, and there's a complimentary light snack bar in the lobby with a variety of alcoholic beverages and small snacks. Complimentary ramen is available for late-night snacks. The onsen (hot spring) includes an outdoor bath. Overall, the accommodation experience is excellent. The hotel has a superb location, offering stunning panoramic views across the river, and is very close to the Yanbi Creek. It's a highly recommended hotel that offers excellent value for money.
