This hotel is very interesting. Lobby is beautiful and inside the room is very clean, bed linen even cleaner than awful Hilton Garden Inn. However, all common area including lift, restaurant are extremely dirty. The carpet in corridor is unusually ugly like stinks formed over years. Inside the lift the carpet I want vomit, like 20 years no cleaning at all. Stay 1 night is absolutely OK but dont think about for vacation.

Nearby got many food selections. Room wise was roomy n big. Reception very friendly. Caring pharmacy next to hotel.those who drive, need to ask reception how to enter carpark. Parking is complimentary for hotel guests.

First time staying in this hotel from friend’s recommendation. Really value for money as it provides free breakfast (mostly KL hotels breakfast is not included nowadays) with wide range of foods and full view of Puchong town as restaurant is on 5th level. Free basement parking is available for hotel guests. Location is excellent with plenty of shop lots with many food options and Caring pharmacy next to this hotel. Room is clean and spacious with big study table, TV cabinet and a dressing table with big mirror. Hotel lobby looks like entering a drinking place for relaxation not like the norm reception counters in most hotels. Like the lobby. Have a super pleasant stayed and will recommend to friends coming to Kuala Lumpur. Will come back to stay.

I had a great stay at Bespoke Hotel — definitely value for money. The location is excellent, with plenty of food options nearby and a convenient store just around the corner, which made everything super accessible. Free parking at B1 designed lots are available. Just validate your TnG card before exit to redeem the free parking. The only problem can be locating the parking location if you are first time to the hotel. I almost got a summon/fine for temporarily parking on the roadside just to ask for direction from the hotel.
The lobby area was surprisingly posh-looking — stylishly designed and welcoming, giving a great first impression upon arrival.
The room was clean, modern, and well-maintained. It had a fresh feel and was equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. One nice bonus was that Netflix was free, which made winding down in the evening even better. The overall atmosphere was pleasant and quiet, perfect for relaxing after a day out.
If you're looking for a budget-friendly place that doesn’t compromise on cleanliness or convenience, this hotel is a solid choice. I’d happily stay here again.
