Crystal Hotel Shenzhen Bay MixC

The environment is great, with stunning views of Shenzhen's skyscrapers and the city's hustle and bustle right outside the window. The staff were all very friendly; the receptionist even kindly extended my check-out time when I went out for a stroll in the morning, and they were always ready to assist with any requests. Overall, it offers excellent value for money and is highly recommended.

The service is great, and the hotel is clean. Both breakfast and dinner were quite good. The location is excellent, just a 3-minute walk to the subway station, making it convenient to get anywhere! You can also walk to MixC World, Talent Park, and Shenzhen Bay Park. If you don't feel like going out, I recommend ordering takeout from: Dian Du De, Qiantangchao Exquisite Jiangnan Cuisine. For dessert, there's Xiaotiangeng (my favorite is the Honeycomb Grand Slam).

Located opposite Talent Park, with direct access from Houhai subway exit, it's incredibly convenient for getting around by subway and finding places to eat. Despite the recent hot and rainy weather, I was largely sheltered from the sun and rain. The room was very new and excellent, with good decor. The service was fantastic, virtually accommodating every request. I stayed in a city view room, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again in the future.

The service at Orange Hotel Crystal is thoughtful and attentive. The front desk was very responsive and actively helped coordinate multiple room changes because of a guest's allergies. The rooms are clean and tidy with good soundproofing. The stay was very comfortable, and it offers great value for money. I'll choose to stay here again next time I'm in Shenzhen.

I chose Orange Crystal for my Shenzhen trip, and the location is superb. Directly downstairs is the MixC shopping mall, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. The hotel's decor is light luxury and exquisite, creating a fantastic ambiance. The rooms are spacious and bright, with a clean and dry separate shower and toilet. The toiletries have a lovely, subtle fragrance. The soundproofing is excellent; even though it faces the street, you can't hear any noisy traffic, ensuring a great night's sleep. In the morning, I went to the 20th floor for the buffet breakfast, which offered a fresh and diverse selection of dishes. On weekends, breakfast is extended until 10:30 AM, so you don't have to worry about missing it even if you sleep in. There's also a complimentary late-night snack, which is a thoughtful touch for those craving a bite late at night. The butler service was very responsive; any items I needed were quickly delivered after a WeChat message. Staying here made my trip comfortable and hassle-free. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Shenzhen.
