SpringHill Suites Providence West Warwick

Very clean room, delicious variety breakfast, good pool, very helpful staff

Room smelled horrible, I wanted to check out the day. Breakfast was mediocre. They ran out of plates and utensils. Just not a good experience

Staff particularly helpful with local advice, along with good service, quiet, good amenities

Nice hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

Everything that you could need for your stay short or long stay plenty of amenities and stores nearby

Tldr. Maybe stay Thursday into Friday. Wouldn't recommend Sunday into Monday. Honestly two very different experiences. Went there on a Sunday night and a Thursday night of the same week. Pit stop up to Maine. Sunday night was.. sketchy. Kids in the pool unsupervised (for hours btw), weird guys watching people swim, random spills on the floors that looked liked blood but was probably... Juice? Breakfast was not great. Eggs were way overcooked, sausage was bad. Waffle maches weren't working. Just... Not great. Thursday night was.. surprising better! No unsupervised kids in the pool. No creepy guys watching people swim. No random spills on the flood. Same staff at the front counter but noticed not the same housekeeping or breakfast people. This staff seemed way more on top of it. Towels were stocked in the pool area and breakfast was actually pretty good. Kudos to whoever runs the place Thursday nights because it is a completely different hotel on Sunday nights. I would not book this place again on a Sunday night.. maybe a Thursday night.

I booked a handicap accessible room on 6/8 for our stay 6/17-19. I also included on my reservation that my husband is in a wheelchair so we definitely needed a wheelchair accessible room. Our room was not. His wheelchair is 28" wide and it could barely fit through a small hallway at the foot of the bed and could not fit in between the beds at all for him to get into a bed, as the other sides of the beds were almost up against the walls. The detachable sprayer in the shower was missing. The shower chair that was included in the room was missing a rubber foot and the other 3 rubber feet were worn down where the metal was coming through..not slip resistant or safe. I thought we were getting a walk in shower but it was a tub shower. There was no slip resistant mat and the bathroom floor is extremely slippery when wet so I bought some rubber mats at Walmart. Felicia at the front desk did inform me at check out that they did have a mat I could have used if I had asked. I did call the front desk the day of check in and told them my concerns about the room but they said the walk in shower room was unavailable. Also the tv didnt work the whole time we were there..we were told cox was working on it. I have photos i can send of the tight quarters in the room. Thanks

The pool and hot tub were delightful after a cold rainy day. The location put us close to the airport as well as several great places in Newport and Jamestown.

Rooms can be better. Mold around bathroom, carpet smells wet. Staff was great, breakfast options are good. Coffee is available all day which is great. Rooms can be better lit and kept.
