One of the few triple rooms in a prime location. The sofa bed is about 1m by 1.2m, comfortable enough for a 1.7m tall adult to sleep soundly. It's small but has everything you need. The hotel is in a great area, within walking distance to Clarke Quay and Merlion Park. Funan Mall is just a short walk downstairs, which is very convenient.

This is a hotel I will never stay at again. Besides its convenient location, it has absolutely nothing else going for it. The facilities are incredibly basic. The deluxe room didn't even have complimentary bottled water, and there were no tissues in the room, only a small box in the bathroom. The hairdryer wasn't in the bathroom; it was hidden in the wardrobe, and I had to search for it myself. Plus, there were no outlets in the bathroom to use it, so I had to blow-dry my hair in a corner of the room. Speechless 😓

The hotel's location is excellent, making it convenient to get everywhere. Just a few steps downstairs, there are many famous attractions. The environment is nice, and it even has a pool and a gym! Five-star recommendation.

I don't want to complain, but the service was truly terrible. I arrived early, and at 2 PM, the room wasn't ready. I had to lug two large suitcases myself from the third floor down to the first. No one offered to help, and the front desk didn't even ask. Couldn't they have just delivered the luggage to the room once it was ready? I had no choice but to carry it myself. The service attitude was very mediocre. The room's light switch couldn't be turned off at night, which severely affected my sleep. There was also a musty smell in the room. The pillows were comfortable, and the pool was just okay. Thankfully, I only stayed one night. The best thing about it is the location; it's convenient for everything, with a large shopping mall right outside. The foreign concierge at the ground floor's bell desk was pretty good overall.

The location and customer service were both great! I asked if I could leave my suitcase the day before due to a special circumstance, and they kindly accepted. They hold luggage on the first floor. Breakfast was delicious and I'm glad I added it on the day of. I'd love to stay here again.

The hotel has a good location, everything is within walking distance. There's a currency exchange, shops, cafes, and a shopping mall near the hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful; they allowed us to check in a bit earlier. There was an unpleasant smell in one of the rooms, but they changed it for us and everything was fine. The room has a glass bathtub and transparent walls, but there's a curtain, so nothing is see-through, which is very convenient. We liked everything.

Hotel Review Overall, the hotel offers decent value for money. The location is truly excellent, with a subway station right nearby and plenty of shopping malls in the vicinity. Unfortunately, our hotel room was very dirty upon arrival. The tables clearly hadn't been thoroughly cleaned, and there was an unpleasant, very strong odor in the room. What was particularly disappointing was finding even medication from the previous guest on the floor. Since we were traveling with children, we had to disinfect the entire room ourselves as a precaution. The location is a big plus, but there's definitely room for improvement when it comes to cleanliness and thorough room cleaning.

The location is very convenient, close to the Green Line MRT, 7-Eleven, a small supermarket, and Funan Mall. The room is quite spacious and clean. Breakfast is decent, and an extra meal for children costs S$14.

Check-in was actually quite good, but there was one front desk staff member who seemed unfriendly to all Chinese guests, which was a bit of a drawback. The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic! You just cross the street and you're at the subway, making it incredibly convenient whether you're going to the airport, Marina Bay, Orchard Road, or Chijmes. The Sky Garden on the top floor offers a particularly good view in the evening.
