My family and I really loved the room's minimalist Scandinavian/Japanese style, with its natural wood and white tones. It's a welcome change from the 'nightclub' vibe of the W Hotel we stayed at before – I actually prefer this! The pillows are really soft and comfortable. The hotel's location is excellent; I especially enjoyed sitting in the 1st-floor restaurant, watching the diverse crowd from all over the world pass by on Nanjing Road. Our room had a side window with a view of the Oriental Pearl Tower, which is exactly why I booked this room. As for cleanliness, it goes without saying for a hotel of this caliber. The overall atmosphere is fantastic, and the best part is that you can truly relax and be yourself. Lewis, a staff member, was very professional and provided excellent service. Although the hotel doesn't have its own parking lot, they offer complimentary valet parking for one car per room, which was quite convenient. When we picked up the car, a few staff members even mentioned they were from my hometown, which was a nice touch. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Shanghai!

The Pearl Bund Room offers fantastic views, with the Oriental Pearl Tower and Lujiazui skyline visible right outside the window – perfect for stunning photos, both day and night. The staff were warm and professional, and both check-in and check-out were very efficient. Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Shanghai.

She was very efficient, proactively told me about the hotel and breakfast times, patiently answered my questions about room types and parking, and even gave me tips on nearby attractions. Her service was attentive and thoughtful, without being overly formal, which made me feel very comfortable. The hotel facilities are excellent, the breakfast spread is extensive, and the rooftop bar offers breathtaking night views. The overall service standard is consistently high. The service was excellent and very efficient. I requested an extra bed during check-in, and by the time I got back to my room, it was already made. This is the fastest I've ever seen! The location is great, and the night view is beautiful and relaxing. Breakfast was also good.

The hotel provided chocolates and fruit. The cleaning staff were also very thoughtful; when they saw we had glasses, they even provided lens cloths. The hotel's location is very convenient, with plenty of shops and attractions nearby. Our butler, Yona, was very kind and patient, and her service was incredibly attentive. We often bothered her to help us pick up our food deliveries.

Huge thanks to Yona and the front desk staff! They helped us with an upgraded room and a late checkout, plus a lovely welcome gift box. It was a really pleasant stay. The breakfast was delicious too.
