PARKROYAL A’Famosa Melaka Resort

Good experience here. Worth your dime to spend. Quiet and relax environment if want to get away from city life while having that resort vibe. Food was amazing by Chef Adeq. Breakfast and dinner at the Club Lounge. Very comfortable place. Well recommended!

The reception people are very helpful. I forgotten my mobile phone charger and they are willing loan the charger for me even though for 2 hours. That is very helpful.

Overall, the price was the most competitive compared to other options in the area, which made it good value for money. The room size was decent and comfortable for the stay. Breakfast was average, but since it was included in the package, it was a nice addition. The facilities looked decent overall, although they could certainly benefit from a refresh and some updating. There were a few areas that could be improved. The pillows were not very comfortable, and the room service pasta was disappointing. We also found that many of the cocktails listed at the pool lounge were unavailable during our stay. One major downside was the room allocation. Despite specifically requesting a high-floor room during booking, we were assigned a ground-floor room right at the far end of the property, which wasn’t ideal. Overall, it’s a reasonably priced option with decent facilities, but there is room for improvement in service consistency, maintenance, and attention to guest preferences.

We had a pleasurable 4 nights stay at Parkroyal A'famosa Resort. The rooms were well equipped and had all basic amenities. Upon request we were offered pool view rooms that was nice gesture. Only draw back the TV was lagging, hotel should look into it as we couldn't use TV totally during our stay and probably upgrade it to a smart TV, so that guest can have more entertainment option. Bathrooms were fitted with filtered water taps, but we optted for bottle water and you need to request for it. Staff were polite and approachable. Overall cleanliness of te room is good but corners, walls and walkways need to be cleaned too if left unattended it can build lot of dust. Especially room balcony. Breakfast buffet was decent and had varied options, but would appreciate more quality and flavour. parata and rendang beef/ mutton and sambal chicken was very good. Fruits options were limited for breakfast in all days never saw banana, Papaya or pineapple being served ony varied melons. Understand Fruits are seasonal but in Malaysia these fruits available all year around. The hotel is closer to A'famosa outlet mall which is very good for shopping and more food options, but you can't walk need to drive because of the traffic conditions. Hotel should consider a back entrance option to the mall for a walkable option for guest Overall experienceis good and relaxing. We enjoyedour stay.

Definitely our choice of hotel stay again if we were to come back to A famosa area again! No need to think too much, just book your stay with parkroyal no regrets for us. Our kids loved the swimming pool that comes with slides. The kids enjoyed the stay so much they didn’t want to leave. Our stay comes with breakfast and I would say it’s a very good spread of breakfast, with live teh tarik performance at your table. The housekeeping does a great job in cleaning the room. We felt so relaxed at the hotel, there’s greenery everywhere and near to the safari wonderland too. Thank you parkroyal Afamosa!

Need drive out if you want to to go out to eat, limited choices at outlet. Also the pillows look fluffy but is flat when u use it. Pools are big and good for kids.

Room type is good for family. Kids club need to be refurbished. Food choices during breakfast were massive. Club lounge need to have more food choices though.
