There is no bottled water available in a five-star hotel, the staff washes dishes in water that is not drinkable. On a day trip instead of breakfast and lunch we got one apple and one medium baguette, no water. The queues in one all-inclusive bar are terrifying. Everything is served in disposable soft plastic cups. Almost every day there are no beach towels - waiting up to 50 minutes. In cooperation with the Čedok travel agency, this is a scam on Czech tourists in a five-star hotel.

Durres/Tirana/Albania is nice to visit. Be sure to chosen the right hotel: a quite place, or lots of music and entertainment.

Delicious food (especially pizza and pasta), good rooms, AC works everywhere, close to the beach, and overall good service during the stay. Cons: Plastic single-use cups at the outdoor bar. The main issue: The ramp near the reception is extremely slippery and dangerous. Right before my airport transfer, I slipped there while carrying my suitcase and almost fell. In my hand, I held the room key and towel card. Due to the slip, a corner of the towel card broke. The reception staff saw everything. Instead of asking if I was okay, they strictly demanded a 30 EUR fee for the damaged card. I paid only because I was rushing to catch my flight and didn't want to start a scene. I am glad I didn't break any bones, but such indifference from the staff is unacceptable. It completely ruined the good impression I had before.

The beach and the sea was super dirty, never seen a sea that dirty. Paying like 5* for a beach like 3d world waters filled with trash and dirty waters.

We had a very pleasant stay at Fafa Premium Hotel with my wife and our 10-month-old son. The hotel is very family-friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was polite and helpful throughout our stay. The pools, beach access, and overall atmosphere made our vacation relaxing and enjoyable. The food overall was good with a decent variety, although the quality of some items served could be improved. For example, the fruit drinks served at the open buffet were below average. Aside from that, we were satisfied with the experience and would recommend the hotel for families looking for a comfortable seaside holiday.

I went to Albania this april for vacation and i chose fafa premium hotel.At first i was sceptic about this hotel cus i had never been there before but once i stepped there i felt the friendly atmosphere.The staff starting at the receptionists were very friendly and kind and helped me with everything i couldn’t understand.The restaurant was very big and spaceful and very comfy. The view was towards the beach so we had a great view while we were eating.The waiters were very kind and ready to help us with everything. The rooms were very spacious and clean and it had everything you need in a room. The sheets and pillows and everything was clean and well taken care of. The pool in the spa was very good also and the water was very warm and it was very comfy. Overall the place was very good and worthy of a good vacation not matter in the summer or the winter
