Goya — absolutely amazing! Every member of the front desk team, housekeeping staff, and restaurant team was highly professional, warm, and friendly. The pool and bathroom were both very clean, with great water quality and strong water pressure. We accidentally swallowed some pool water and were completely fine. We also brought our own filtered showerhead, and it stayed clean throughout our stay. 😂 Senja offers a wide variety of delicious food. We had both breakfast and dinner at the hotel for two days in a row, simply because Goya provided such a relaxing villa environment that we honestly didn’t want to leave at all. And of course, we also have to mention the incredibly relaxing and gentle spa treatments. We highly recommend both the aromatherapy massage and the hot stone massage. The spa is definitely worth paying extra to experience. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ If you have breakfast here, we highly recommend the croissants 🥐 — they were genuinely delicious. Overall, From the moment we completed our booking, we were able to contact the team directly via WhatsApp to arrange spa treatments. You can also use WhatsApp to make reservations with Senja for the floating breakfast and dinner. From the reservation process all the way through check-in and check-out, everything was incredibly convenient and wonderful. We stayed here for our honeymoon 🌙 and truly, highly recommend Goya. We would absolutely love to come back again. 😻😻 ———- The filet mignon was probably the one dish we found rather ordinary compared with everything else. We hope Goya might consider adding a rib-eye steak option to the menu in the future. Highly recommended: Breakfast: Croissant 🥐 Dinner: Chicken satay.

Ubud is indeed a very tasteful travel destination. This hotel is located slightly away from the center, but it is extremely peaceful, situated on a forested hill. Every morning you can soak in the spiritual energy, and the air is exceptionally fresh. The hotel is compact yet fully equipped, exactly as shown in the promotional photos. The staff are warm and lovely. It's a great place for couples or best friends to visit together.

Booked three rooms. The hotel service was excellent. The afternoon tea and breakfast were delicious. The green walkway and the infinity pool were both beautiful. Overall, I highly recommend staying here. It's also not far from attractions like Ubud Palace.

The room was very clean and had a water purifier, offering clean drinking water. By the pool, you could enjoy the sunset and the rainforest. There weren't many guests, so it was generally quiet. The staff were also very friendly and helpful.

The room was quite spacious, comfortable, stylish, and aesthetically pleasing! The infinity pool was a bit small, but good enough for photos. It's very close to Ubud Palace, so I recommend taking an evening stroll there. There are many restaurants nearby with a great ambiance at night!

Highly recommend this hotel! The staff are incredibly attentive, and the views of the landscape are splendid. It's also close to the city center. Just make sure to request rooms on the upper floors so they get sunlight; the rooms on the first floor are very humid.
