Great service and delicious breakfast. Coming from an Aman property, I didn't experience a significant drop in service quality. Hotel staff were very friendly and greeted me warmly whenever I passed by. This Ritz offers fantastic value for money.

I checked into the Ritz Carlton around 2 AM, and was greeted with welcome pastries and fruit. The room layout was pretty similar to the Ritz in Nanjing, and it also had my favorite walk-in closet. The room attendant was incredibly discreet and efficient; I barely saw anyone, yet they left 100 THB every day and even made towel animals for me. The spa is on the lobby floor and offers 1 or 1.5-hour sessions with a wide variety of treatments. Breakfast on the 7th floor can be charged to the room; in addition to the buffet spread, you can also order from the menu at your table, and it's all included in the breakfast. The service staff were all appropriately enthusiastic, and of course, tips were quietly expected. I often saw celebrities, and there were frequently interviews happening in the lobby as I passed by. It truly is a beautiful lobby, with a simply luxurious English style.

The best hotel on this trip! It's located in a new business district, so it's not crowded, very private, and quiet. The facilities are new and the hardware is excellent. The staff are incredibly responsive and have a strong service ethic. The only minor drawback is that the hotel is newly opened, so there's still a slight smell of renovation. The breakfast, however, was amazing – I ate it for three days straight!

Absolutely amazing stay at the Ritz-Carlton. The staff members were incredibly kind, helpful, and professional. The service from the moment I stepped out of the taxi to checkout was phenomenal. I especially appreciated all of the Club Lounge staff who were so kind to me and offered so many helpful suggestions to me. Upon arrival, staff showed me to the Club Lounge and offered a welcome drink and cold towel. Then Pecky showed me to my room, explained all of the features, and provided information on the hotel restaurants and amenities. The Club Lounge area is lovely. They do offer a range of options, but they primarily offer Western-style cuisine. The breakfast has a bit more of a variety and there are Thai-style dishes, but the quality is great across the board. The view from the Club Lounge is breathtaking. I visited during the week just before Chinese New Year, and there weren’t too many guests. I was able to find great seating and enjoy personalized attention each time I visited the lounge. I also had a light drink at Caleo before an event. I didn’t make a reservation ahead of time, but I was able to take a table to myself at the last minute (this was on a Monday). The presentation of the drink and the welcome drink were wonderful. Each signature drink has a different story and inspiration. I was also able to take a themed postcard with me to commemorate this cute moment. Let’s not lie - this was the best rest I’ve ever gotten while traveling. The bed and bedding are top quality. The balcony, bathtub, and closet are other highlights. Upon checkout, Pecky came to say goodbye and gave me a coin purse with an elephant and a small charm with my name. It was such a thoughtful gift and a great way for hotel guests to keep a momento of the trip. Overall, I enjoyed my time at the Ritz-Carlton in Bangkok immensely and highly recommend the hotel to my fellow artists.

The service and decor were impeccable. Turndown service replenished amenities daily. The only minor inconvenience was having to switch elevators to get back to the room since the lobby is on the 7th floor. I'd definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Bangkok.
