Chaba Chalet Hotel

Chaba Chalet is a quaint little space stuck in a time warp. The rooms are clean but very basic. Air Con works and so does the hot water. We were given a room on the second floor with no lift it was arduous task by itself. The restaurant area/patio area is a very good, windy place to chill. So if you are looking for just that a place to crash with no frills and within 1 km of most of the spots in HuaHin including the beach do consider it.

Hotel is very old but if you don’t mind so would be okay for you. The price is a little high when compare to room conditions. 3 stars hotel. Good location, near the market, bus station and railway station.

This is such a nice hotel located near the Night Market, and walking distance to Hua Hin beach. You can go to other places like malls and go to Khao Ta Kiab even only riding a Song taew opposite the hotel which only costs 15 Baht.The staff are friendly and rooms are cleaned everyday. When I travel to Hua Hin again, I will always choose this hotel, not only for the reasonable price, but because of convenience and services. Thank you for making my stay in Hua Hin memorable.

A decent little hotel in a central location with easy access to markets and the station. A 5 minute drive to Market Village via the back roads. Free tea is provided too which is a plus, and lots of space to sit and relax in the lobby. Lots of parking available too. Room wise, it was simple but clean. Reception could have been nicer.

Stayed in the single bed room. As the rate was low, I didn't have high expectations. It's just a super basic room as shown in the pictures. It's 4-7min walk to the train station. I picked this because I came in and going out via train, so it's convenient . It's 4-5min walk to the daily morning & night markets (slightly different locations). 7-11s are few min away. Food stall/shops are abundant. About 10-15min walk to the central beach, not too far to catch a sunrise. Hotel reception is ok. The guy who checked me in is easy to approach. As I put up the Do Not Disturb sign, they left my clean towel and drinking water outside by the door. AC and water both ok, no issue. All good, I would gladly say! 🤗

Receptionist was not friendly and no patient when we arrived to check in. There is not cup and no boiler in the room. If need hot water, have to come to lobby to get it (but we were not informed about that)

Close to everywhere, center and markets close by, quite and good ambience.

I’m staying here now. At the beginning, the lady at reception wasn’t very friendly, but the other receptionists during the day and the next days were very kind and nice. The housekeeping staff brings you fresh water and clean towels every day. The place is clean and spacious, and the location is great — close to the Night Market, a 7-Eleven, and walking distance to the beach. I recommend this place. After two months traveling around Thailand, I finally found a comfortable bed! 😊

This is my 3rd stay in this hotel. The location is so good it's only 5 min walk to The Night Market and Hua Hin Railway Station. My stay there would of been nicer if the receptionists had been polite enough and the internet connection had been fast enough. I'll stay there again if I go back to Hua Hin again.
