The hotel environment is beautiful, and the staff are very welcoming. It was a great experience.

Can you believe this is a five-star hotel breakfast? This tiny area is all there is, nothing more. It feels so fake. Don't be fooled by the pictures on Trip.com; it looks big, but the buildings next to it are commercial offices. You'll realize you've been tricked once you get here, haha. It's not a resort hotel and definitely not suitable for a vacation. It's really only a 4-star.

Everything was great, offering excellent value for money. The attention to detail and cleanliness were impeccable, and the service was also good. Location & Transportation: The hotel is located at Huigu Lake, about a 30-minute drive from Fuling city center. There's an artificial lake with paddleboarding and boat rental available. Room View: It's a relatively new hotel. The lakeside walking path at the hotel is also very pleasant. The lake view is nice. Room Amenities: Most newly opened hotels nowadays are fully smart, so you can control things with just your voice. The best part is that it even has a Nespresso capsule coffee machine, which is as appealing as the lake view. Hygiene: The room was quite tidy. However, I'm not sure if it's because the room hadn't been occupied for a long time, but after sleeping there for one night, I was itching all over and didn't get a good night's rest. I didn't experience this at the two hotels I stayed at afterward. I suggest they improve their dust mite removal service for the bedding. Breakfast: For a hotel in this price range, I feel there's room for improvement with breakfast. Firstly, the layout feels a bit unreasonable. Secondly, both the variety and quality could be enhanced. Overall, the hardware is quite good, but I feel there's still room for improvement on the software side.

This hotel is aesthetically pleasing and high-end, with unbeatable views. It might be off-season, as there were very few guests. I fell asleep to the sound of frogs and rain at night. During the day, there wasn't much to do, but isn't that what a vacation is all about – finding a scenic spot to just relax and unwind? All in all, this hotel is definitely worth the price.

It's so heartwarming to encounter a hotel like this when you're away from home. I accidentally left something in the room, and after contacting them, they quickly helped me find it and mailed it back. The communication throughout was smooth. The room was decorated so warmly, just like a cozy little home. Ms. Cao, a staff member, always greeted me proactively whenever we met, which gave me a strong sense of belonging.

This year, the Mid-Autumn Festival coincided with my mother's 80th birthday. She prefers a quiet environment, so we chose to stay at a hotel as a family. The room was absolutely stunning, with brand new facilities and smart home features throughout. I particularly liked that even the toilet had a smart bidet seat. The hotel had a very grand and generous feel. The elevator lobbies on each floor had complimentary items like bottled water, steam eye masks, various bath salts, tea, and disposable bathtub liners – all available for guests to take as needed. They also provided free late-night snacks. The breakfast was very rich and varied, and the dinner set menu was also quite good. They even prepared a longevity noodle dish for my mother. My parents were very satisfied with this hotel stay, making it a very pleasant trip.

From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I could feel the hotel's genuine hospitality. Xiao Xiao, the front desk staff, had a warm smile and processed my check-in incredibly efficiently. She even thoughtfully upgraded me to a higher floor room with a better view, perfectly meeting my needs – impeccable attention to detail! The cleanliness of the room was absolutely flawless. The bedding was soft and gentle on the skin; lying down instantly washed away my travel fatigue, allowing me to sleep soundly until morning. The bathroom's wet and dry separation design was well-thought-out, and the hot water was stable with ample pressure. The toiletries had a fresh and elegant scent, and their quality was easily on par with premium brands.
