The place is located in a gated community. Not knowing which house is the one we supposed to stay….and no staff (just cleaning crews)!. Also when booked, we didn’t know that they have 5 stories! And to travel as a family with kids and elderly, it’s not that convenient to go up and down that many flights of stairs. Some of bathrooms have bad smells. And the bedroom I sleep on has water damage on the wall. I don’t think the place is over priced in my opinion.
