Four Seasons Hotel Guangzhou

The room was incredibly luxurious and upscale, spotlessly clean, and very spacious. From the floor-to-ceiling windows, you get a direct view of Zhujiang New Town and the Canton Tower. They also provided complimentary fruit, and the service was excellent. Breakfast was absolutely delicious.

First time staying at a Four Seasons hotel, the lobby is on the 70th floor. I booked a river-view room and could see the Canton Tower – the night view was absolutely stunning. The hotel facilities are new, and the room attendant was incredibly thoughtful, bringing me a pill organizer and a clothes drying rack. The breakfast selection was extensive. Definitely recommend.

Front desk staff member Super Wang was super nice! He even upgraded my room to avoid a long wait. The breakfast was also quite varied, and all the staff were very enthusiastic.

A five-star hotel with a six-star service experience. Edith from Four Seasons contacted me a few days before my check-in to ask about my preferences and followed up on my arrival time on the day itself – she was incredibly patient, meticulous, and professional. Since it was my daughter's 18th birthday, the hotel specially upgraded us to a suite and provided a birthday cake. Edith even hand-drew a beautiful birthday card, which was incredibly thoughtful and a wonderful surprise! Every staff member at the hotel provided professional and enthusiastic service. What truly blew me away was the unbeatable city view from the window. The restaurant's food and service also met a full five-star standard; the ingredients were clearly carefully selected and Michelin-level. There were also many foreign gentlemen at the hotel, and the restaurant had both smoking and non-smoking sections. If you book in advance, you can choose a dining spot with a view you like. In short, everything was delightful, and I'll definitely bring more friends, family, and clients here in the future.

The room was absolutely fantastic, on the 91st floor, room 9110. It offered a superb view directly opposite the Canton Tower, and the night view was incredibly beautiful. If you're staying on this floor, you really don't need to buy a ticket for the Canton Tower; you can enjoy the view every night. When I visited the Canton Tower, I could actually see this hotel from across the way. It felt like there wasn't much difference between enjoying the night view from the room and from the tower, except that at the tower you can see all around. Check-in was actually between 4 and 5 PM, and the staff's attitude was very good. I'm grateful for the room arrangement. This trip was for my eldest child's birthday, and they even gifted us a very delicate small cake. I love Guangzhou, which is why I chose to stay at this hotel for 3 nights. All the staff members were of high quality, and their attitudes were excellent. They have a swimming pool, and if you don't have a swim cap, they provide one for free at the pool. Downstairs, to the right after you exit, there are lockers for food deliveries. There's a subway station nearby and a shopping mall. It's about a 27-28 minute taxi ride to Chimelong and around 20 minutes to Beijing Road. If you don't feel like going out, ordering takeout is perfectly fine; you can just sit by the window and enjoy the stunning night view below. I had a twin room, and I asked them to combine the two beds. We pushed the two beds back and then merged them, because there's a coffee table in the middle that makes it inconvenient to move. This created a large bed, preventing my younger child from falling off, and it was perfect for four people. I will definitely come back next time.

Environment: The room offers direct views of the Pearl River and Canton Tower, which are absolutely stunning and refreshing. Hygiene: The room was clean and tidy, and the children's toiletries featuring The Little Prince were especially adorable 🥰
