Four Seasons Hotel Guangzhou

I really love the Four Seasons. First and foremost, the environment is very quiet and comfortable. The front desk upgraded my room, and I could see the Pearl River night view and Canton Tower – the staff member was so kind and lovely! The room was quite spacious, with two sinks and a pot of phalaenopsis orchids. The bathtub was also very large, making for a wonderfully relaxing bath.

Facilities: Comprehensive and well-maintained. Cleanliness: Spotless and comfortable. Environment: Beautiful surroundings. Service: Warm and attentive. The lobby staff were warm and attentive, with excellent attention to detail. The surrounding environment is a tranquil oasis amidst the hustle and bustle, and it's convenient for shopping, leisure, and getting around.

The best hotel I've visited so far! Incredible service and attention, and the facilities were very satisfactory for the price. I didn't expect anything less, but I have no complaints whatsoever. It's a beautiful hotel.

Everything was arranged perfectly, making for an excellent experience. We even got an upgrade to a room with an amazing view of the Canton Tower. The floor-to-ceiling windows offered an expansive view, allowing us to admire the Canton Tower day and night without even leaving the room – truly a stunning ambiance. The hotel's attention to detail showcased its sincerity everywhere. The thoughtful and elegant amenities provided were both comforting and healing, adding a wonderful sense of occasion. These details truly reflect their professionalism. Four Seasons is always worth returning to.

My last visit to the Four Seasons Guangzhou was nine years ago, and the experience still exceeded my expectations. It truly showcases the enduring charm of a well-established luxury hotel. I had been concerned that after so many years, the hotel's facilities and services might have declined, but this stay completely dispelled those worries. Everything was still in excellent condition, with no signs of wear and tear, truly maintaining its high quality. I arrived at the hotel late at night, and the check-in process was smooth and efficient. I requested a late check-out from the front desk, and the staff were incredibly accommodating, successfully extending my check-out time to 3 PM. This gave me plenty of time to rest properly without having to rush my departure. All of the hotel staff were polite, courteous, and responsive, with thoughtful attention to detail evident everywhere. Not only were the facilities well-maintained, but the warm and considerate service was an even bigger plus. Many older luxury hotels see their guest experience decline over the years, but the Four Seasons Guangzhou has consistently maintained its high standards. This stay was overall comfortable and relaxing, making it perfect for both extended stays and short trips. I will definitely prioritize staying here again on my next visit to Guangzhou.

Overall, the Four Seasons Hotel Guangzhou perfectly embodies the charm of a classic luxury hotel with its top-notch views, comfortable rooms, and warm service. Despite any minor flaws, it was an experience that exceeded expectations.

We chose the Guangzhou Four Seasons for our anniversary. It's been a while since we last visited, and it's even more beautiful after the renovation. They called beforehand to ask about our check-in needs, and the room was a wonderful surprise! They said it was just a simple setup, but they also gave us chocolates and red wine. A huge thank you to Claire, Emily, and Zoey for their thoughtful, attentive, and thorough service. We'll definitely be back! This is, in my opinion, the number one hotel in Guangzhou. The environment, service, ambiance, and overall check-in experience were absolutely perfect! And the breakfast was delicious too, with a rich variety of options and so many mini cakes. The only downside was the foggy weather; next time we'll come back on a clear day to get a full view of the Canton Tower.
