Four Seasons Hotel Guangzhou

I really love the Four Seasons Hotel. This time we stayed in the family-themed room, and our little one loved it so much that they didn't want to leave. There was a super cute, custom-made mini room key for the baby, along with a complimentary plush toy. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and warm, and any requests were addressed immediately. The hotel's interior design and aesthetics are truly impressive. In the evening, there was a DIY cupcake activity for kids, showcasing a very thoughtful attention to detail in their service. The breakfast was up to standard, and even a simple bowl of noodles was prepared with great care. When our child had no appetite in the morning, the restaurant staff proactively offered to pack some food to-go for later, which was so sweet and considerate. We will definitely be back!

Jenny was helpful and responsive to every question, providing very professional answers. When I ordered a cake for delivery in the evening, Sky from the concierge team brought it up to the room promptly. On the second day, I experienced the afternoon tea at the executive lounge; the desserts were abundant, complemented by some Cantonese dim sum. The lounge was very quiet and great for having a drink and a chat. Hedy and Zoey in the lounge provided fantastic service. Everything here was just amazing. Super patiently listened to my requests, proactively helped coordinate the room type and arrangements, and was prompt and professional throughout, making the entire experience completely stress-free. When a few minor issues came up during my stay, Super followed up and resolved them immediately with a sincere attitude and high efficiency, which was very reassuring. Located on the upper floors of the IFC, the hotel offers stunning views of the Canton Tower and the city nightscape. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the facilities were well-maintained. The overall attention to detail in the service was evident, and you could really feel the team's dedication to their guests. I highly recommend Super's exceptional service and will definitely choose Four Seasons Hotel Guangzhou again next time I visit Guangzhou.

The location of the room is unbeatable—very convenient, and taking a taxi is a breeze. It's not far from Chimelong, which is great. The breakfast is quite extensive with both buffet and à la carte options, and you can even see the Canton Tower. The service is excellent, with great attention paid to every little detail. I will definitely choose to stay here again next time.
