Four Seasons Hotel Guangzhou

This was my first time staying at the Four Seasons Guangzhou. I'd hesitated for a while about booking because the hotel is quite old and I'd seen reviews mentioning outdated facilities. To my pleasant surprise, at check-in, I was upgraded to a newly renovated room. It was very new, clean, and well-equipped with great amenities. The only minor issue was the large number of foreign guests; every time I took the elevator, the strong perfume smell made me a bit dizzy.

My stay this time truly exceeded my expectations, and I have to give a special shout-out to the front desk service at Super Wang. From the moment I walked in, I could feel a very professional and comfortable atmosphere. What impressed me the most was that the staff member, not only had excellent professional skills but also showed incredible patience. During our discussion of my needs, he didn't just try to upsell me; instead, he listened attentively to my ideas and offered many sound and practical suggestions. The entire service process was very smooth, and the attention to detail was exceptional. It was clear that he genuinely considered things from a customer's perspective. In this fast-paced era, it's rare to encounter someone who provides such thoughtful service. The whole experience was relaxing and enjoyable, completely stress-free, and the final outcome left me very satisfied. I sincerely recommend Super Wang to anyone who needs their services; they are absolutely trustworthy! I will definitely return next time I have a need, and I will recommend them to my friends as well.

I have to give a special shout-out to Allison and Lucy, our customer service managers. They were incredibly attentive to my experience throughout our stay, from pre-arrival to check-out. The housekeeping staff was also fantastic – diligent and very thoughtful. They noticed my child loves drawing and sleeps with a doll, so they thoughtfully provided extra notepads and even a new doll! Seeing us wearing sunglasses, they gave us a cleaning cloth and a handwritten note, which is so rare and personal in this digital age. The hotel room view was also lovely, and the restaurant was excellent. Honestly, I can't find a single fault with this stay. We'll definitely be back!

The city view suite was incredibly spacious with a fantastic view, looking north towards the central axis. The breakfast had several à la carte main dishes that were excellent. The kids loved it and went to the pool twice. Overall, it was a great experience.
