It was only a few days lapsed after the the free cancellation period. We appealed for a 50% refund but was denied. Very disappointed with the Hotel Management . The registration to attend the AGM Berkshire failed, thus causing us to cancel the trip. The appeal for cancellation was 3 weeks before the actual booking date. Will never book the same hotel again for the next trip to Berkshire AGM in 2025.

2 night stay. Staff at the property were amazing. Room was clean. Convenient location. Only downside was only warm water in the shower on first morning. Wouldn’t get get hot, just like warm.

The breakfast was better than most. Real fruit for yogurt, hand made pancakes, eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy. Area had restaurants and bars within 2 min walking. When we return to Omaha I’ll be looking this place up again. Good value

Finally a Nice Hotel with Great Customer Service! Loved the location being near the park, we were able to experience the Jazz and Blues Festival Saturday night! Our room was quiet and well appointed. We had fresh linens, soaps, bed made, and trash taken out daily ! Unlike so many hotels in the area that add an extra fee for any service, or only gave fresh room linens on request! The cookies over the weekend evenings were an added touch. The breakfast each morning was wonderful. The staff was certainly on top of everything! It was a wonderful stay, we will be back! Sad it took us 3 years of visiting our son in Law school at the time to finally find a GREAT Hotel!

Decent Last time we stayed, we had a corner suite which was much larger than the one we just stayed in. This room has no screens on the window (safety). There was no bedding for the pull out--they wouldnt bring it up to us, so literally were dressed for bed and had to run down to the lobby to get it. The evening front desk lady.. Angeline? Same lady as last time and she is incredibly rude. Like almost insulted we are there. She sits in the back cubby until you make her come out to service you. Breakfast was always great though.
